Bought from the sale T.N.B.C. But the disc are scratched from factory. They only exchange but now out of stock so no refunds. I ask if they can help me contact the distributor Disney & was told No. Glad Best Buy is not selling movies anymore. No support/help. A Gamble buying from Best Buy

What a piece of garbage! It plays a few minutes then it loses sound and video crawls. I have to skip to next chapter and fingers crossed it plays. Complete waste of money if watching in PS5 because unlike the world, I’m the only one that doesn’t own a DVD player. Too late for a refund and too much time wasted trying to watch. Worst purchase and quality ever!!

Distortion on audio. It sounds like it’s on full blast and speakers sound like they’re bout to pop.

I got 2 diffent copies from 2 diffrent stores and they both have a problem with the sound it is very bad.

The item is great, but the 1 star is for Best Buy's upcoming policy of ditching sales of physical media. Shame on them. This is just another half step towards obsolescence as they pare down their product line until they have no more reason to exist.

I pre-ordered and have an average 2.1 LG soundbar. The static noise is overwhelming on this steelbook version. I'm shocked it was released in this state. Avoid it and buy the standard 4k release

I am not getting the sounds issues specifically, but i am experiencing video scrambling and loss of audio in the beginning and end of the movie.

I’m also having distorted audio on the 7.1 English track. This seems to be affecting PS5s but possibly others. Cinderella, Cruella and Rogue One 4K disc audio tracks work without issue on the PS5.

Extremely high gain clipping sound right from the get go. Be careful if you get a copy -test at a low volume so you dont damage your equipment or ears!

This 4K disc is defective and will not play back in either a Sony UBP-X700 or an Xbox One X. Freezes during the 4th chapter.

The English audio is entirely static hiss, but nobody takes back opened movies so kind of threw that $30 in the trash.

I was excited for this release, but the audio is terrible. A lot of static, you can’t hear anything else sadly.

The 4K upgrade for this movie is great. Just wish Disney wasn't so cheap and included Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos. For those who have faulty disks, it happens sometimes. Personally, when I've had a faulty disk it's quicker to exchange it for another copy at BestBuy. However, if the steelbook is sold out go thru Disney to get another disk sent to you.

I've seen plenty of people have experiences of atrocious audio distortion, particularly when playing the disc on PS5s. I was concerned, considering I only watch discs on my PS5, but this worked just fine with no audio issues for me. I was watching with headphones on, so maybe it's different when played on speakers, I'm not exactly sure. But I had no issues. The steelbook looks great, the image quality is great, I'm overall very pleased.

Looks like the 7.1 English master went out with the gain a little too high! Come on Disney quality control!

Absolutely love this movie, it's looks amazing at 4k resolution and the sound quality is on point as well, perfect addition to any and every Nightmare Before Christmas Fan, or if you are a 4k movie collector this one definitely is a must

The audio issue is a result of the player that you are using, if you are using a PS5, it has been reported by, "Films At Home," that it is a result of some hardware. The odd thing being that not all PS5's are a victim to this.

Very good remastering in 4k. Also a sucker for Steel Books and while somewhat plain, sometimes that is a good thing!

I just wanted to echo the issue with the 7.1 audio track, completely broken. 2.0 track works but is descriptive audio, so not a good alternative. The included bluray does not have this issue, only the 4k. For reference, I'm using a Playstation 5. Oh, I bought the regular slipcover version and not the steelbook. So the issue is present across both versions.
