I really enjoyed this game even though reviews aren't that great. It is more of a playable cinematic experience. I am sucker for steelbooks, that is why I chose this edition of the game & do not regret it. The statue that comes in the set is really detailed & looks awesome, not some cheap looking lightweight figure that some collector's editions come with. I recommend buying this collector's edition if you can. It includes DLC & the soundtrack as well.

The game was good. I enjoyed the story and graphics were nice, but the campaign is really short took me about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Not sure it is worth the price at $60. The collectors edition statue is really nice and has some great detail but the gate piece doesnt really fit well together. Steelbook is really cool but also seems cheap, feels flimsy when opened. Overall a decent game with average collectors edition extras for a slightly inflated price.

This game has gotten some mediocre reviews, which are warranted, but I think this game is pretty darn good. I'm about halfway through right now, and having a great time. The Victorian London setting with a bit of a sci-fi fantasy twist is awesome, and the gunplay is polished and fun with some interesting weapons. There are a lot of cutscenes and quick time events, but that doesn't bother me because the events that are unfolding are interesting. The voice acting is fantastic. Overall it's a B+ game for me, mostly because the game is short. I'm going for the platinum trophy, halfway through I've only spent about 5 hours playing.

This collector's edition for The Order: 1886 is great on account of the statue you are getting. The statue has a nice paint job, wonderful detail, and dimensions which really make it stand out atop a shelf or desk. As for the game itself: the graphics are superb, the gameplay is good, and the story is okay. I was hoping for a story rich with gothic enemies and exciting confrontations, but I found myself battling hoard after hoard of boring human enemies and only a handful of werewolves throughout the entire game. Nevertheless, this is a title worthy experiencing by all PS4 owners.

This is a great game for tech junkies. The best console visuals and amazing sound design. Game play is lackluster, but serviceable to the short story. As for the the bonus items included, the statues is nice and makes a great bookend for your PS4 collection. Too bad this game most likely won't ever see a sequel and the main character (and model for statue) will be all but forgotten by the end of this console generation.

Let me start by saying I would recommend the game to anyone. The game features a good story with a very cinematic feel to it. I see great promise for it as a series. Much in the same way the first uncharted and assassin's creed games took great leaps in gameplay fron their first outing to their second. That being said the game controls feel stiffer then I'd like, the pacing of the game play to cut scenes feels uneven, and some of the quick time events were frustrating. The shooting mechanics aren't bad neither are they in the upper echelon of cover based 3rd person games I've played. Overall I'd say give it a shot the game takes around 7-10 hrs to complete which might be short for some but I felt was probably the right length for this game.

This game feels like an attempt by sony to try to bring the gears of war experience to playstation. The game itself has only 6 hours of game play at most but does tell an interesting story and also hints at a possible sequel. The gameplay is very similar to gears of war a 3rd person shooter the coverage system works well and the shooting mechanics are also very good the problem or complaint one may have is that one may go in thinking you will face lycans left and right but the lycans are very few and apart, but when you do face one it is the best moments of the game. The visuals of the game are hands down the most beautiful looking game on ps4 right now. With solid mechanics, beautiful graphics, and an interesting story the order is well worth the pick up but please note that because it is a single player game and very linear at that replay ability is close to none.

Pros: Great graphics, Interesting Story line. Cons: Somewhat short playing time. Not enough value to replay. Easily predictable AI's movement. I enjoyed it. I already wait for its sequel.

This game is 1 star shy of perfection. It has a great story and AMAZING visuals, but the length and replay value is questionable. Still, I recommend.

I really enjoyed this game. I enjoyed the world and story that Ready at Dawn has created in this game and I am looking forward to future releases in this franchise to continue the story. In terms of game play it is like a Tell Tale game (Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us) combined with Gears of War. However, the Tell Tale portion of this mixture is done at a MUCH higher level than the Tell Tale games. The game has some of the best graphics I have ever seen and the story is very well told. This is an excellent addition to the Playstation world.

The game itself is fun, but quite short, with lots to be desired once the credits start. The figure that comes with this edition is of high quality and detail. I wouldn't recommend buying the game until it drops at least 20 or 30 dollars, but if you're big into Collector's Editions, then this is for you.

One of the best games I have every played next to the Last of us.,, The only problem is that the game was to short, bought it on Friday and I was done Sunday morning...the hand painted figure is top notch for all collectors. traded in the game on Monday for another pre order

The Order 1886 has a lot of potential but fell short on length and gameplay. Story was decent and worth a play through. The contents of the collector's edition were high quality and well worth the asking price.

The game is Great! Combat system is traditional cover based shooter. It's not rewriting the book with anything but it's a good game. A bit short but it's absolutely gorgeous. It's a good world to get lost in and can't wait for a sequel to be announced.

Game has a great atmosphere and story but it was very short. If they work on some mechanics the series can be good with the atmosphere and story involved. I would recommend at a low price.

My review is of the collector's edition set and game of The Order. The included content was well worth the extra $$. The statue of Gallahad under fire is well made and worthy of placement in any gamers collection. The included soundtrack also a great edition as is the steel book case the game comes in. The game itself is a cinematic gaming wonder. If you like titles like Metal Gear Solid 4 or Heavy Rain then you will be in love at the first pull of the trigger with this beautifully realized game world. This is the evolution of that sort of guided extremely cinematic style of game mixed with movie like presentation that Sony is known for. The best in game visuals ever of this generation so far mixed with interactive cutscenes that will keep your pulse pounding.

The game is too short and needs more exploration elements. Nothing interesting to collect, the reason for a 4 star review is the Stunning graphics. Otherwise is a 2, overall a good short game experience.

The Order is a great game, but reaalllly short. It plays a lot like Gears of War, so if you like that kind of gameplay (I do) you should enjoy this game. The statue is pretty nice too!

The graphics on this are amazing. I feel like I could reach out and pull grass from the ground. The story line does a good job for sticking to historical facts of the time. AMAZING.

Honestly the best looking game on either platform to date. The story is a little hard to follow, but the action and gameplay is pretty decent. Gameplay is a little repetitive.
