This Marvel movie was done well. The story was portrayed well with some solid acting and good action.

I was lucky enough to get the new awesome steelbook with slipcover. The steelbook was shipped in white “bubble padded” envelope. The slip cover however was damaged. No way to exchange because it’s sold out. Best Buy, if your going to sell these exclusive steelbooks and charge a premium price, PLEASE SHIP THEM IN A BOX!!!! Good retro action movie. The five stars is for the better picture quality than the old Blu-ray and upgraded aggressive Atmos sound.

This Punisher movie is a vast improvement over the mid '80's version (although I really like that one with Dulph Lundgren) but it still is missing the overall aura of portraying a comic book accurate Frank Castle, something the Netflix series has captured faithfully. Still this is an enjoyable action filled movie. I also wish the setting was in New York instead of Miami. The best thing about this title is the steelbook. Amazing case art and disc art, even the slip cover has different artwork. The flaming skull has a nice touch to it( looks like Ghost Rider). You gotta give it to Lionsgate who put this version out, they have been on a roll with their recent steelbook releases.
