I actually own this film on DVD already, and I have always enjoyed rewatching it from time to time. It's one of my go to films if I needed a good laugh. Buying it again on blu ray just says a lot on how much I enjoyed the film. They have bouncers, a cop, a criminal, a sumo on the team for starters! Oh and the cheering squad? I'll leave that for the rest of you to discover and enjoy!

I am a sucker for this type of movies. Keanu Reeves and Gene Hackman are great in this movie. Very straight forward plot with a satisfying ending. It is one of those feel good movies that will turn your frown upside down. Buy it, if you like silly football movies, this one is for you.

Yeah okay, the theme of the football underdogs and people of vastly different personalities and talents learn to work together has been done before, but this movie is just so much fun, and even manages to be uplifting despite the slapstick. Good rewatch movie for a down day.

Awesome Movie. I've seen the movie many many times. I watch it every time I catch it on tv, no matter how far into the movie it is. I figured I should buy it since it is such a great movie. And for $5.99 on blu-ray, how can you pass on that. I just wish they would put out a 4k version, since I try to buy only 4k movies if possible.

The Replacements is one of those underrated and underappreciated football movies that is mainly a comedy but that also has heart. Arguably one of my favorite football movies of all time up there with Rudy and Waterboy. Highly recommended.

This is a very funny, heart warming, and friendship movie about 2nd chances.The comedy alone is funny, especially incorporating football. Most of the actors here in this movie are well known. The way friends come together in reflections of past regrets tells you how the bond of friendship is a parts of our healthy daily lives. Great movie

Good sports flick with a bit of humor. Gene Hackman is great as the coach, and the ensemble of misfits they assemble as a team is quite the crew. If you liked the "Spike" character in Notting Hill, you're sure to love this film.

Watching the Replacements makes me wonder just how many athletes are out there with talent, but just not quite the talent level to make the NFL? Or possibly who underperformed in a workout for a team. Keanu Reeves plays a believable former quarterback with some talent, and the mishmash of characters around him, make it such a fun movie! Law enforcement and criminals playing on the same football team as scab players equals fun!

This movie was inspired by the NFL player strike that shortened the season in 1982. It adds some comedy, a comeback opportunity, and a nice love story. Should the NFL have used replacement players?

I always watch this movie when it comes on various cable channels so I thought I should have it in blue ray quality. Sure it has its flaws but it's highly entertaining and one of those movies you can quote all the lines from.

Some things are still worth getting a copy on DVD! Digital is great, do not get me wrong! I just like having DVD back up…especially on vacation! Most rentals still have the “good ole’ DVD player!!

Actually bought this on a whim when it was marked down super cheap because I remember liking this movie when it was released. Rewatching it again year she later I actually think it's gotten better with age. If you're a fan of the folks involved with the movie check it out.

This movie is one of the funniest football movies ever made. Every time it came on tv my whole family would watch it. Since tv edits everything, we tried to find it at different stores and couldn't but Best Buy had and sent it to my house in a couple of days for a great price.

This being one of Keanu Reeves early films shows that he's not that much of a good actor in this film. Still, the story was great about a bunch of guys getting a second chance that alive playing football, not to mention they're all delinquents and some pretty funny guys. I really enjoyed this movie.

If you have been under a rock, you may not have noticed Keanu’s resurgence of his career, thanks to the John Wick Films. So between playing Neo and John keanu participated in this wonder sports comedy with an ensemble cast. You have to love Jon Favreau as Bateman. He steals the show for sure.

This movie is a great football comeback story with enough comedy mixed in to keep you interested even though a love story is happening in the background.... Gene Hackman would have made a great coach.

Great movie great story line. Upbeat feel good movie. 2nd chance at the limelight is all that anyone needs. All round great movie. Must have in library. Can watch over and again.

It's been years since I saw this movie, but I've always enjoyed watching it and finally comes on Blu-ray disc. I really enjoy the character played by Keanu Reeves very well. Whatever Blu-ray special content it has, I will enjoy watching.
