Arguably the best musical made. Tim Curry at his best

The movie is just adequate in reality but the quirkiness of it makes it fun to watch. Too bad they no longer do midnight showings of it.

This movie is watched over and over. They live it.

Found this on sale and couldn’t pass up a classic.

I had a copy of Rocky Horror Picture Show, but it wasn't in a steelbook. You know what happened to it? The plastic on the front got a little poke mark on it. I was devastated. I couldn't leave my house for weeks, maybe months. I lost my job, my car, my house. But then the most amazing thing happened. Best Buy announced a steelbook version of it. I was rejuvenated! I was rehired at my job, paid my house off in full, and bought a unicycle. This steelbook keeps my blu-ray safe and it has a look that makes you say "cowabunga!" Thank you Best Buy.

I recently read somewhere that this movie was made for about 1.5 mil. and has returned about 140 million! Not bad for a movie that flopped when it came out. This movie refuses to die. My wife and I went to a "Midnight Movie" showing about 40 years ago when we were newly married. She couldn't enjoy it back then due to all the "audience participation". I bought this for a really good price. Now she can see Tim Curry in all his "outre" glory without being pelted by rice or bread or being 'rained" on. She's actually jealous of Curry being able to pull off that outfit. Lol.

Everyone should see this several times. To me is he Halloween must.The price was perfect. I am a happy camper.

Unless you have been living in a time warp, The Rocky Horror Picture Show is time worn treasure that has probably been viewed at least once in your lifetime, if not too many times to count. Experiencing it in a movie theater with a participatory audience is the bomb. Owning this wonderful blu-ray edition will only enhance one's affection for this ahead of its time film since you can actually watch and listen to all the craziness unfolding without the distraction of a movie audience member misting you with water or blocking the screen while dancing in front of your seat. The video and sound quality of the blu-ray is exceptional. Don't wait with "an..ti,,,ci..pation", go buy this blu-ray (or DVD) immediately.

I have had the printer for about a month now. The hardest part was getting it to connect wirelessly to the router. Instead of using the obvious choice given to connect, I had to go the Advanced route and it worked instantly since I knew the router password. As per some of the reviews, I will admit that it does take awhile to get going but it prints faster than some people stated that it does. I also put the printer in Quiet Mode. I have done that to al my previous printers too (Canon, Epson). It is a huge printer - not sure why it is so big, but it is. A primary reason I bought it over others was that it has the ability to print directly to a CD or DVD - for some people that seems like an antiquated thing to want, but for me it is great. I create music discs for people like at the holidays. Giving music is a great thing, in my opinion....and I along with people I know, prefer to give something tangible. I have not yet tried out this feature, but am hoping it works as flawlessy as my Epson did. Also, I tend to work in the same room where the printer is, so I don't know how well the wireless feature will pick up if I have my laptop on a different floor elsewhere.

This was a cult classic from way back. It was a fun time to see the audience movie interaction.

Nothing beats watching this in the theatre with all of the stage props, but this is close.

Rocky Horror is one of those movies that finds a way into your psyche and allows you to throw caution to the wind and to understand why it has a cult following. The story is so over the top about a planet of transvestites that have great musical numbers. Despite the subject it is an awesome movie that has spread into the Saturday nights interactive movie going experience. See what is about and get it in this cool steel book that has awesome artwork on it.

RHPS has been a fun and much loved movie for - OMG > 45 years now!!!???!!! I still remember the first time i saw it college and have been hooked ever since., and this 45th anniversary edition is just LOADED with bonus material - even if you already have this on disc, your gonna want this one too for all the extras! If they could have only known back then what this would have evolved into this far down the line....... WOW!!!! YES - this is a keeper!

A film forever associated with my teenage years, a film I grew up with. Lost count of how many midnight screenings and in how many cities over the decades. It may be a love it or hate it affair for most ‘normal’ folk, or perhaps a bizarre artifact of its time – I just think it’s a great movie. Laugh, cry and sing and dance, all within the confines of a horror science fiction genre setting, can’t go wrong with that! Now days when I’m in the mood to spend time with the Transylvanians, I make it a double feature with Phantom of the Paradise, another genre bending masterpiece.

This is a campy cult classic. I first saw this at a midnight screening and was mesmerized with the fans and the whole atmosphere surrounding the theater at the time. The energy was contagious and I didn't know what to expect. I don't expect the same feelings watching it on Blu-ray, but I think it will always sparks memories. It really is a fun movie with the always excellent Tim Curry and the beautiful Susan Sarandon. I highly recommend this movie.
