If you like Ben Stiller, i think you will enjoy this movie. Stiller plays Mitty who works for Life Magazine. He loses a photo that was supposed to capture the essence of Life for the magazine's final print. The movie is his journey in finding this photo. It has a little bit of everything, comedy,drama, adventure.

I honestly just walked past the dvd bin whilst on my way to the checkout line. Best choice I could have made! If you havent seen it, it is certainly worth the couple bucks that it costs. I had seen it at a friends house, every home needs a copy. It might just kickstart your need for some adventure in your life.

The half part of the movie is attractive and great. However, the last half is kind of confusing. Even though the curiosity of the missing 25 frame leads the story of the movie to the end, but not much touching. But I can still give it 4 stars because of the nice views in the movie taken in Iceland.

This was a breath of fresh air from Hollywood. Not their typical trash that they keep putting out. I think people forget that movies can be great without foul humor and this is a perfect example of that. My wife and I saw it in the theater and said we would buy it as soon as it came out on Blue ray. We did! Love love love this movie.

This movie at first seems a little cliche with all the daydreaming events. But if you put yourself in the main characters shoes (Walter Mitty) and of how he is unappreciated at his work, and then he decides to prove that he does matter by trying to find what he was lacking it puts things in a different uplifting perspective.

I still equate Ben Stiller with all out goofy comedic exploits, but this movie really made me like him more as an all around actor. He was perfect for this part. The movie had tons of beautiful images and scenes. I like how they systematically transitioned from Walter living in his head to actually living. Great stuff.

This movie is a heartfelt and an inspiring tale of adventure and courage. It is awesome to watch the main character evolve from a shy and lonely person to one who really opens himself up and lets the world in. He ends up finding more about himself with each adventure he takes. I highly recommend this film for everyone!

I really enjoyed this movie. It's not faced paces, it doesn't go slow, it just goes and entertains. It is visually stunning and that is why, even though I have it on DVD, I wanted to get it on Blue Ray. This is one of those movies that fulfills my need when I just want to be entertained by a feel good movie.

It is one of best movies I thought in 2013. It is much more than a traditional comedy stirring Ben Stiller. In addition, this BD actually carries much more language choices in subtitles in addition to the three listed on the cover, including European languages, Arabic, simplified Chinese, and so on.

The film is originally based on a short story written by James Thurber in 1939 about a daydreamer who is caught up in a real world adventure. Ben Stiller does a good job of adapting the themes from the original story into a modern world take on what it means to seize life and live it fully.

I bought the Blu-ray/DVD combo for my collection and also let friends & coworkers borrow the DVD. What I've heard so far (from those who did not go see it at the theatre) was 1. It was a wonderful movie 2. Why was it not nominated for awards? One of Ben Stiller's finest artistic work. Disc extras are sufficient.

I enjoyed this movie very much. It didn't get the critical reviews that it deserved when it hit the theaters. The photography is breathtaking and the story is fresh and uplifting. great supporting cast with Sean Penn, Shirley Maclaine and Patton Oswalt turning in stellar performances.

Not only did this movie provide an entertaining storyline, it had a visually appealing impact as well! Stunning visuals, great acting, strong storyline all add up to a must see movie! This one had heart and soul and left me with feel good warm fuzzies when i was done. I would highly recommend this one!

Missed this film in theaters as a feature, but over time, began to hear just a few of the especially great songs that comprise the soundtrack, and finally realized that with a musical soundtrack as good as this, the movie just about has to be worth seeing. It was, and is; high;y recommended!

I love this story about taking chances and finding courage. It reminds me of times when I wish I had chosen the uncertain path to see where it would lead to and the experience the possibilities that unfold. Blu-Ray transfer looks great and the sound is perfect.

Going into this movie I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. But it turned out to be a really good movie. I loved the adventures, the laughs and even the ending to this movie. It reminds me that life is too short- go out there and live! No holding back. This is a great movie to add to you collection.

This is a FANTASTIC movie for anyone who loves an adventure. Ben Stiller does an amazing job acting and directing. The story is wonderful and the cinematography is breathtaking. I love movies that make you think and make you feel something. I recommend this movie to everyone. SUUUUUUUCH a good movie. :)

If ever was there a movie to show off Blu-ray capabilities of your system, this movie scores. Not only is it a fantastical and touching story, the visuals are magnificent. The extras on this disc also make it a great buy. Lots of details of the making of the film.

I'm not a huge Ben Stiller fan (pretty much Night at the Museum is it) but I enjoyed this. Just a fun feel good movie that all can relate to. Because who doesn't dream of dropping everything and going on a grand adventure through an unknown country?
