    Still haven't played my dark souls for PS4 yet but I do like rpgs certain ones I mean. This one seemed worth buying and I got it on sale at $23.99 I beleieve. It definitely cost more.

    The team behind "Lords of the Fallen" produced this title. If you enjoy that game, or games in vein of Dark Souls, you should definitely give The Surge a try. It was a hidden hit from 2017 and is worth your time.

    This is a good game.. A little glitchy when it first cam out but those have been fixed since then and it has a pretty decent story behind it

    If you enjoy "Dark Souls" style gameplay, and want to experience that in a Sci-Fi context, do pick this up. It has a few unique combat features that sets it apart from other "Souls" clones. I really liked the idea of being able to focus on damaging specific body parts on the enemy. The con I can think of is that the zones can look and feel the same. That, and the annoying country music playing in the med area, where you respawn after death. This is what h e l l sounds like. Haha. Be sure to turn the music off.

    Dismember enemies for their armor. Craft it. Wear it. Unlock armor set bonuses. Same with weapons. 5 weapon types in total with unique move sets and strategies.

    Surge is very similar to the SoulsBourne games. However, it does not detract from the game and is enjoyable.
