Great action adventure drama film! Gerard Butler (Hunter Killer) and Peter Mullan ("Ozark") star in this tense, action-packed thriller based on true events. After three lighthouse keepers arrive for work on a remote Scottish isle, they make a fateful discovery: a wrecked rowboat-with a chest full of gold. As a mysterious boat heads toward the island, the three men make a choice that will change their lives forever, ensnaring them in a web of greed, paranoia, and murder.

I found this movie very captivating and thought provoking. Loved the actors and acting. The story line was challenging my thoughts and the ending was surprising. I enjoyed the movie and made it part of my collection.

I didn’t even know about this movie, then I saw it online at Best Buy. I’m a Gerard Butler fan, so that’s the reason I bought it, but it’s really good and based on a true story I heard.

Greed and distrust rule the day here. Based on a true story, Gerard Butler stars. Not much to "feel good" about this one but well done within its type of film. Recommended.

This is a thinking person movie and not an action movie. Story unfolds to really build the “what if I was in this position?” Shows how riches could be your undoing!
