2.5 hours of sheer tedium, complete with mediocre acting and makeup effects. Given all the praise heaped upon this film, I expected something far creepier.

A wild ride through Korean and Tibetan folklore that arrives at an interesting time given recent political events in South Korea. This film is about a small Korean town where tragedy becomes common after a mysterious Japanese man arrives. What follows is an attempt to end the evil. Makes a great companion to The Witch.
