"The Window" is a terrific, and yet forgotten film noir classic from the early 1950's. Arthur Kennedy, Ruth Roman, Barbara Hale, and Bobby Driscoll give great and realistic performances. A wonderful and believable script, add the drab b/w cinemaphotography and you've got classic screen suspense. Clever story telling combined with a dramatic ending make "The Window" a must-see for film noir fans.

I bought this movie in memory of Bobby Driscoll who played the main character Tommy, who witnesses a crime and no one believes him. It was filmed in 1947 and Bobby was on loan from Disney, his main employer. It's a very good movie that shows off his talent as a child actor many years ago. He passed away at age 31 under very sad circumstances and was buried in an unmarked grave on Hart Island, New York City. RIP Bobby,

Very good story with several twists. Well told and a very good transfer with a few minor flaws. Realistically done.
