The first Witcher was a terrible game. But after playing this, it was hard not to like the characters and world CD Project Red has created.

The story/s is/are interesting but the pace of the game is quite slow. You will have to be patient for things to pick up.

If your looking for an rpg video game. This one is what your looking to get and at a low price.

One of the more underrated tittles. It is a very good in depth rpg, but sometimes can be a little confusing just because the game doesn't hold the hand of the player and tell them where to go next.

I've heard great things about the Witcher series and wanted to try it out. After seeing the concept art floating around and listening to its amazing soundtrack, I thought why not? Me and my boyfriend bought a copy each. I didn't unwrap mine and let him play his first. After 20 minutes it was obvious we would be returning this game. What happened in those 20 minutes? Sluggish gameplay that seems simple in some aspects and awkwardly complicated in others. Boring introduction play that doesn't feel like there's a purpose for doing these tasks. Characters seemed flat and lacked personality. And the main hero gets all these women?? Full nude pan shot of his lady friend while he chills in his breeches. I didn't start with the first game (don't have a decent PC for it) but the second game looked promising. The super cool intro cutscene was very misleading. I found the game awful, but if you're curious I suggest watching walkthrough gameplay online before purchasing.

No complaints at all about this game. Will keep you playing for a long time.

A third person fighter with RPG elements. Not really my usual type of game, but I can see why others would like it

I have been looking for a good action/adventure RPG for a while now, and I have to say the Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings fits the bill. I found the story to be intriguing enough to keep my interest and the gameplay mechanics are great as well. There are multiple options for developing your character and more than one path to completing the game. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a fulfilling RPG experience.

I bought this game thinking it could be something my nephews would like. However, after playing it for about an hour, I quickly realized that it was strictly for adults. Other than that, I am enjoying it.

I have never played the Witcher games before. I was pleasantly surprised and liked the details that went into this game. It surpasses other games in this genre and was a deep and very fun game to play.

I'd read many good thins about the game and I decided to give it a shot. I did not play the 1st one, but I easily got interested in the story in this game. I'm still early into it, but so far, so good!

Good game, but the controls are choppier than I had expected. And the cut scenes are plagued with horrendous lag!
