    Simple to assemble and comfortable

    Overall I would give it a 10. Quality is great. The only thing I would change is to make sure all parts are in. I still need to find out how to get the last power supply.

    The seats recline and are so comfortable! They fit nicely in our home theater and have an awesome black color.

    The Headliner 4 Seats Straight Leather Home Theater Seating are very comfortable and easy to assemble.

    *Horrid* delivery experience and customer service

    Order was supposed to have been delivered by 12/20 or 12/21 (placed order on 12/7). It’s now 1/3 and still no delivery in sight. Missed Christmas present. Have had 6 calls with the shipping company Best Buy handed the shipping off to (Pilot) and have been told nothing but excuse after excuse. Multiple promises by even managers to get it straightened out over a week ago and as of today, order has been sitting in Portland Oregon for 3 weeks going nowhere. Promised call backs that never happen. Tried calling Best Buy customer service and call was dropped and they never attempted to follow up. Been a loyal Elite Plus member for years but after this experience, that is going to change. ***Horrible*** customer experience. Since I can’t seem to get any help any other way, I’m resorting to this product review.
