Cold therapy, but hot ventilation

We purchased this item knowing it was only for cold spot treatment, however, didnt realize that to get cold, the attachment takes the energy from the gun and vents it out the sides of the attachment. So, while you do get cold therapy only on the central “blue” portion, it vents hot air. Debating returning. It might be good for travel, but is it worth it?? Marked 3 for the above and because it’s the only attachment that takes abnormal effort to attach/detach. Not easy to get on.

Ice Feeling in Seconds!

This is honestly my favorite attachment besides heat attachment for the new therapody massage gun. I know a lot of people complain about the heat coming out of the sides but the ability to have ice cold touch in a few seconds is pretty amazing.
Yes a little bit of heat does come out of the sides when in use and it doesn't get ice cold if you keep it on your skin for a very long .

I love how cold it gets especially when im done with my work outs. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t vibrate when cold therapy is attached otherwise I love it

The direct directional cold is fantastic. I'm a runner and have been dealing with metatarsal & plantar fasciitis issues and this attachment delivers almost immediate relief and healing.

Fan Gets Hot

I really wanted to love this but it doesn't stay cold for that long. It does what I expected being ice cold for about 4 minutes and then it gets very warm around the little fan. It's definitely not a replacement for ice or inflammation. Stick to the ice pack.

I'm really impressed how this people designed this attachment, it does the job. I'm a massage therapist and I have bunch of athletes and people with swollen and inflammation on muscles and joints, using this it could be very useful.
But! Yes, the heat coming out of the attachment, it's quite uncomfortable, and you have to be careful with clients, not big deal, but it's definitely a concern. And the most obvios issue is the price, 90 dollars for this is ridiculous, especially when you spent 600 on the Theragun. But this people are like Apple, they squeeze clients and makes business from everything.

Though this head is placed on the percussive theragun, it is used for icing purposes. Great to have if you carry your theragun with you and you need icing in a pinch and arent carrying the Cube with you.
