This product is amazing. Made a big difference in back pain.

Ohhhh yes! I had bad back pain and got this. It truly helped me recover. I used it a lot. The heat is on point. It's has an app and preprogrammed settings. Love that! My parents have used it and said how it has helped them a lot! This is one to get! You will love it and feel relief.

The belt is mostly used for the heating, which is nice if you’re on the way to the gym or coming back. I’m not sure yet if the light treatment really does anything I’m going to keep using it for longer and see if I notice any difference, but I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for quite some time. I would recommend this just for the heating feature alone. I do quite a bit of flying and I’m definitely going to be taking it with me to try and get some relief from being stationary. The only thing I wish they changed is having more heat settings because sometimes you need something between medium and high, but the belt does not offer that yet, maybe they will open that feature up with a software update or something.
