Not as much storage in the fridge part as full door models. And no real upgrades. You are just buying a name but if your kitchen is already welcoming of a Thermador not having one would stand out line a sore thumb.

We have had this unit for 5 months. We really like the French doors as our prior SubZero was a single door. No gimmicks, just a good unit.
On the negative side, being 2 people, I wish the refrig was a little larger and the freezer a little smaller. The ice maker is great, the solid pyramids last real good.
I don't under why the 2 produce drawers are not split in the middle. You have to open both doors to get something out.
The door shelves take some getting used to. They could be closer to door width.
Fit and finish of the unit is excellent, it's quiet, and seems very solidly made. Is it worth the cost? Probably, as it is a great unit.
I would recommend this to a friend

First one was all scratched up inside. New one is collecting condensation between the doors amd dripping on my floor. I call daily trying to get ahold of the geek squad but the hold times are over 30min
