The star burners allow for a uniform heating of our pots and pans, very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

When it spikes up to keep same temperature, your butter will explode. Yes, super-low heat is not constant.

Adjustable low heat cooks your food evenly and your sauces simmer without burning. Cleanup has been easy with a Norwex cloth and water.

We wanted to go with this same brand that we have grown to love and trust. I'll have to say that I shopped around at many stores and showrooms, and looked at several brands. For the money, this Thermador is a great value because Pacific Sales has great service and prices. I am happy to have this, it is a bit larger and much better. There is nothing like cooking with gas and this makes it such a pleasure.

Still had to install it since replacement would take another 3 months. Still waiting for parts to try to repair for the meantime. Besides the igniter continued ticking and waiting for parts, the cooktop looks great and performs well.
