Remodeled kitchen having had a gas double oven in the past. Changed over to electric but haven't cooked in it yet. I'm sure based on the quality of Thermador products that this oven will cook as well as it looks.

Do not buy unless you can wait 4-6 months for your appliances and can afford thousands in overruns on your kitchen remodel. Sales team was great, but ALL downhill since then. The incompetence has been nothing but astounding. None of the appliances have been delivered from a purchase more than 2 1/2 months ago. HUGE mistake for me to have purchased. Only purchase if you see the item on the sales floor or one specifically in a local warehouse. 8-10 deliveries have been scheduled, cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled again...and again. Total incompetence on failure of Best Buy to deliver any of the purchased products. I have been on the telephone literally for hours trying to get this resolved. Apparently, the purchase was too large and complicated for Best Buy to deliver. Perhaps buy a toaster oven or a countertop microwave, but never consider buying an entire suite of products from Best Buy. They simply cannot deliver. I know this sounds brutal, but it is actually being pretty fair and somewhat tempered.
