Its little things like having a 1 minute button vs 30 seconds, the fact that the buttons are a bit hard to press right and that instant rice bags are too tall for this unit. Then there is the big thing- its only 950 watts. I didn't even bother to look at the power when I bought it- assuming it would be a top of line unit. Go buy a Marie Calenders pot pie and it says that you should use an 1100 watts minimum. I tried it anyway and sure enough it didn't cook well at all. Seriously confused why I paid so much money for Thermador appliances when they all seem to be a step back from my previous Bosch stuff. They are owned by the same company and I assumed these would be Bosh + since they are significantly more expensive.

But this has been one of my worst purchase I have ever made. In addition to the poor customer service. So far we have had it for 1 year and for the past 3 months we have been without a range.
