Takes the guessing out of the equation. Love having two temp spikes to monitor two roasts at once. Worked perfectly for two tenderloin roasts. Accurate temperature readings without pesky wires. Alarm sounds when food reaches target temp. Love it and bought 2 more for gifts.

Very handy tool to have for the grill or in the kitchen. Especially with the two probes it has the ability to monitor two separate items at the same time.

Excited about my purchase. Soon as bbq weather hits Chicago land its a go! Liked the last product i purchased but one of the probes broke. Hopefully this one stands the test of time.
