Spine on steelbook was completely shredded! Front half almost completely fell off when I opened the package. Not to mention the dents… BEST BUY, GET BETTER AT SHIPPING STUFF! This is not the first time something from Best Buy has arrived completely ruined! The envelope it came in was definitely not meant to handle steelbooks! Barely padded at all, and the package was so tight around the product that there is no way it could have been protected in the slightest!

This steelbook looks much better in person as there is some really nice embossing.

Received a copy that had no seal or the sleeve. Also no digital code and the spine is broken so the case is in two pieces. My first failed shipment from BB. Pretty disappointed as its now out of stock.

Such a great steel book, movie, and price. Man, if you are a collector get two so you can just leave one unopened. As long as physical media is around you got me! Digital is cool but nothing like having physical media. I think people thought this movie sucked. I loved it in the movies and at home.

I know this movie's gotten very mixed reviews with a lot of fans calling it disappointing, but I really feel that it's pretty underrated and a worthy follow-up to Ragnarok. There's some great action, a ton of hilarious moments and some truly emotional character moments that give this a real heart. This was the most I've ever enjoyed Jane Foster in the MCU, and I especially loved Christian Bale's performance as Gorr that really elevated him to one of the best villains in this universe. Some of the effects could've been better and Gorr definitely could've used more screen time, but I still really enjoyed this as a whole and really wish it got more love. I also especially loved the steelbook case, with embossed images of both Thors on the front and back and another lovely image on the interior of the case. The silver border on both covers really ties the whole thing together for a great design.

One of the best looking steelbooks. Artwork on the covers is great and interior is also really nice. Always wonder if I’ll keep buying these but the last few have looked so great. I honestly have no intention stopping. As for the movie, I really enjoyed it. Definitely not as strong as Ragnarok but I fully enjoy Taika’s irreverence towards the source material. He and Chris have a great rapport and you can tell they’re really enjoying making these movies. I do have some criticisms of the film. I think it felt short and not fleshed out. Seems they could’ve added ten minutes to really help with character and story development, especially for Gorr. The other criticism is Valkyrie seems like an afterthought. She was one of the strongest parts of Ragnarok and it almost feels like they forgot she existed and had to add her after.

It was a great movie! I felt like they tried to out do the other marvel movies by being funnier. It was funny but at times it seemed like they tried to hard. But it is still a very enjoyable movie!

Watching this new Thor movie is like eating a massive slice of cheesecake. Garnished in hypocrisy, it looks sweet and yummy in proportion to the promises the visual makes that should otherwise leave you embarrassed, if only you weren't so overwhelmed with anticipation. It's heavy and thick with more political buffoonery that can possibly be healthy to ingested in a single sitting... yet, mindlessly devoured it is, without any remorse. Until... after the crime's been committed and you begin feeling auspiciously nauseous, do you finally realize just how mistaken you were to indulge the face value of the fantasy. However... if you just nibble on the cinematic creaminess, paying closer attention to certain visual clues, while ignoring the obligatory, self serving dialogue, you will notice a substantial critique of millennial culture. This seems to be a new theme is MCU movies... the stealthy objection to political interference of the integrity of an artist's vision, which studio executives have been too self absorbed to notice. Yahoo! It was there in the recent Dr. Strange and Spiderman movies, as it was very noticeable in this one. Putting all that aside... Chris Hemsworth, Russell Crowe, and Christian Bale were wonderful. Would have been nice to haves more of Chris Pratt in this movie. Oh... and, on the count of Christian Bale as Lord Voldemort--I mean, Gorr the God Butcher, he might very well be the best anti-villain, villain in the MCU. He's just a dude, who wants to put a stop to all the misery, all the pain and suffering, being dealt out by the wicked, increasingly selfish and self-serving politicians--I mean... gods. The flip side of the coin, the female characters were unremarkable and two dimensional, almost forgettable. If it wasn't for Natalie Portman's fairly masterful performance, this movie would have been a disappointment. The writing for the female characters was peanut shells, hollow and full of salty air. It was a horrible lack of imagination to contrive such characters and not give them vibrant personalities. It's almost like the studio forgot that these characters once populated illustrations in the vast realms of comic books. ::Sigh::... The actresses of this movie were mostly wasted... again, thank the gods for Natalie Portman. This copy of the movie is worth getting, especially if you are a collector of MCU steelbooks. It's worth watching, especially with a rich cup of coffee and a SMALL slice of cheesecake.

A little over the top with the humor and they could have done more with the bad guy but all in all a pretty good movie.

Love & Thunder continues in the tradition of Ragnarok, turning Thor into a very human fallen god, haunted by insecurities, loss and guilt. But this makes Thor more relatable than the picture perfect hero of the Marvel comics. It also makes for great comedy. You can't take it too seriously. Still, it tackles issues of diety worship, cancer, kidnapping and the importance of a father figure, which are about as serious as MCU gets. The contrast is wonderful. Christian Bale turns in a great performance as the god-killer. Highly recommended. The 4K steelbook makes for a wonderful keepsake with superior audio/video quality.

Love steelbook coverings and the artwork. It is very detailed quaulity work. Plus, it protects the DVD better.

More of a comedian Thor if you will! Fun movie to watch! Steelbook looks amazing!

Great steelbook. Fun movie for the series. Maybe try to get it on sale though. $35 is a little high.
