Arrived with box open but stayed positive. Got this assembled yesterday in about a half hour only to find the pull out piece wouldn't slide in due to couch arms being crooked. I had to bang out the metal to straighten it out and now it's fine. Pretty comfortable and anxious to use as a sleeper for guests. Looks good in my office
