Customers frequently mention the fast-paced gameplay and fun Titans as major highlights of Titanfall. Many also praise the game's action, price point, and maps. However, some players express disappointment with the limited campaign mode and lack of a robust single-player experience. The absence of a compelling storyline is also a recurring criticism.

It is a good game and it has an awesome multiplayer but it lacks in story mode and while I like that there aren't too many weapons, I feel like they didn't give you enough choices. Otherwise a lot like how Call of Duty used to be.

Reason to own an Xbox One

This game is reason enough to own an xbox one. It's the most fun I've had playing an online shooter in years. The last time I've been this entertained by a Shooter was Gears of War 1. This is the type of game that makes you wish you were playing it while doing other things, it's that fun.
In the age of graphics being the selling point behind games, this game hits and shows you that a game should be judge on fun not polygon count. The graphics are fair but this game isn't about the graphics, it's about game machanics. Super fast paced wall running, wall hanging, titan dropping goodness.

I picked up this game a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. It has a smooth gameplay and I love how you can battle on foot and in Titans. My only complain is the lack of a campaign! Other than that it is definitely worth a buy.

It's fun to play a first person shooter a little different from COD and BF. Pilots have a free running ability which is cool. Titans are like tanks and have three different classes. The dual option makes the game unique and that's why I like it.

This game is great, even for relative beginners at multiplayer shooters. Full of exciting elements (like new ways to move around maps, the big mechs known as Titans, and a variety of weapon/armor kits and gameplay styles -- i.e. do you remain a human pilot during a mission or do you summon one of your Titans and do battle in your giant mech?)
The one gotcha for potential non-multiplayer-gamers is that you do need to have an Xbox Live Gold membership (usually $59.99 a year) in order to play Titanfall. They do give you a 3-day trial pass with the game, but that's it.

Full disclaimer: I usually hate these types of games but Titanfall changed all that. Great graphics and yes, to be a dead horse, the wall running is an awesome feature. When this game goes on sale again, do not hesitate in buying it.

Super funny shooting, wall running, double jumping all over the place whilst huge mechs are walking around. The campaign feels to much like multiplayer. Would be cool if more like single player, but still fun.

This game is a ton of fun, but keep in mind that it is ONLY for multiplayer. There is no single player campaign. Hopefully they will add one next time around, but for the value, it is an excellent game!

Overall, this is a fun first person shooter game. The fact that there are also computer generated enemies in the pvp mode makes this interesting. The Titans are a lot of un to drive and wreck havoc!

THE Reason to get an Xbox One

This game is THE reason to get an Xbox One. This game has impressive graphics and the jumping, wall running adds a very coole element to the shooter genre - not to mention being able to control and fight as a gigantic robot Titan. The action in this game is non-stop. One note - this game is online only, so make sure you have an Xbox Live Gold account. I'm not the best gamer in the world - and I had a lot of fun and it seemed like I didn't just get killed every 10 seconds like what sometimes happens to me in Call of Duty.

I had no real interest in this game until Best Buy put it on sale for less than $20. Some of the people that worked on the COD series worked on this game also. This game plays very similar to COD,but there is enough of a difference to make it feel like a different type of shooter. There is plenty of variety and there are enemy ai, so you're not stuck with killing players only. The Titans are large robots that you can drive or they can follow or guard you. The maps are gorgeous and offer so many places for you to hide and kill. I was able to download all maps and a season pass due to the one year anniversary of the release date. I really enjoyed COD,but this game could be the next generation in shooters. I'm sure you can pick it up for under $20.

Titanfall is a game like no other. Many people clam it's call of duty with mechs but those are the people who have not played the game. Once u leave the drop ship for the first match u will see why this game was hyped so much. First thing u will notice is how great the game looks even if it is Running at 720p. Next thing is the friendly and enemy NPCs, they do a great job of giving the battle a genuine feel. Weather there calling out enemy pilots for you or just relaying the scale of the battle they fit nicely. As for the pilot controls well there great, running up a wall, then wallrunning on that wall then parkoring onto the roof is easy. There are about 10 weapons in total for the pilots, all of which are easy to use, but will take time to master. Pilots can also unlock KITs which will help to make your pilot stand out. KITs can do things like increase the amount of grenades u can hold, help u hack specters, and heavy turrets faster, and let u wall run and wall hang longer. Titans are just as much if not more fun to play as. You really feel like your in a walking destroyer but get ambushed by two or more titans and your in for trouble. Titans also have multiple weapons and KIT items to unlock. Playing through the Campaign With both factions will unlock the remaining two titans. As for the Campaign Story it's Forgetable. Before each Campaign mission there is differing dialog depending on which faction your playing for, but the game rarely puts a face to the voice and the dialog just gets lost in the background. I hacked played each Campaign multiple times and still don't know the whole story. This concludes my review, I would reccomed this game for anyone with a Xbox One or PC that can handle the game.

This game is absolutely brilliant. The dynamic between playing as a Pilot and Titan is brilliant and the game feels fresh and new. It also one of the most balanced games I've ever played. Every gun feels great but not over-powered and every Titan class has its own feel and strengths. My only complaints are screen tearing, dropped frames during intense fights, and the campaign mode wasn't executed very well. The idea is great but there wasn't enough there.

Think of COD on steroids, and that's Titanfall. The only downfall to Titan fall is that it could have used a story to the game. Way better than Destiny.
