Setup for this box was easy. I used the MoCA network setup to connect it with the primary TiVo DVR. That setup was pretty simple - it took about ten minutes to enable and have the new box recognize the DVR device. Works great!

This allows me to view all my shows saved on my tivo from other rooms in the house. The best part is there are no monthly fees saving me $10 per month per room, bought it on sale for 115 so in about a year they pay for themselves.

I brought this to accompany my purchase of my TIVO box. Saves me money from buying another box and paying fees. It was easy to hook up. It does what it's supposed to do.

I purchased a TiVo Mini to watch live TV and recorded shows in another room. The TiVo Mini requires an ethernet cable. There is no built-in wifi. I didn't have ethernet in that room, so I purchased a wifi range extender and plugged in a cable to the TiVo Mini. It worked great, but the next day, I got a message saying that the TiVo Mini was either not connected to the internet or it couldn't find the main TiVo. After trying different things, I discovered that after changing the TiVo Mini to use a static IP instead of dynamic IP (i.e. DHCP) it worked great. No more problems at all. Highly recommended.

the tivo system as a whole is great! The new Bolt is a 4K compatible device. unfortunately the minis are not yet capable of displaying 4K content. The mini still has a better picture than any cable service box.

We added another tv in our house but didn't want to buy another TiVo box. We did some research and found out about the TiVo mini. It works so good and gives us the use of the main TiVo box in 2 rooms!

Easy set up and it really convenient to have built in apps.

Got rid of cable and have a 4 room dvr system. It works great.

Instead of paying monthly for a cable card I bought a Tivo mini--works great off the original Tivo box. You wouldn't know the difference. It's the 3rd mini in our house with only one cable card and tivo box.

Switched to TiVo for our cable box, still use the cable company to provide the service via a cablecard. TiVo isn't perfect but it's alot better than the cable company box we had and in the long run it's cheaper.

Added my 4th Mini to my Roamio Plus with this purchase. Unit is small, easy to set up and reliable. Tivo service value increases compared to cable box with each additional Mini added to the system.

This works really well. I have ethernet wiring throughout my house. One Roamio Pro is powering two Tivo minis. Saves a lot of money. If you don't have hard wired connections you may not get great results.

Great for mounting on wall behind tv and for adding tivo device to another room. Must plan for Ethernet connection as wireless is not an option

Worked Great...Adding a second Tivo Mini as I am writing this. Only suggestion is make sure you have an up to date router as far as speed goes...if you do...you will not have any problem!

This paired with a TiVo Bolt is a game changer! Works flawlessly with MoCa. Even better now that there is no annual fee! One button commercial skip will work if using a Bolt as a master.

I love this product, it is a great and cheap way to add cable to a second or 6th room! Great add on to a main TiVo box, and I still get 3.00 back monthly from Comcast.

This is a great way to expand your cable view to other rooms without needing to rent a cable box. Bad is it takes a tuner while watching.
