The TiVo mini is a much better solution economically then having to purchase another TiVo Romio or TiVo Bolt which would require you to pay for an additional subscription. Love the wireless remote. A feature I would like to see added is wireless in addition to the existing MOCA and Ethernet.

I amay really enjoying my experience with Tivo, and this mini continues the experience on additional tv's. So far, only limitation is the lack of the live TV view while in the menu.

Not until after purchase do you find it's not able to be done wireless you have to hardwire ethernet otherwise it doesn't work all the time very frustrating so make sure you can get a cable to where you want it in your house

Like the Tivo Mini and got it for a good deal at Best Buy. Unfortunately, retail Tivo Mini's don't work with my Suddenlink cable company provided Tivo DVRs. Per Tivo, the retail Tivo's can't talk to the cable-company provided Tivo DVRs. Had to return it and work on renting a Suddenlink Tivo Mini.

This TiVo Mini works great with the TiVo Bolt hooked to my main TV. I have them connected through a MoCA network that runs through coax cable prewired into my house, which saved me having to run CAT-5 cable. I only wish the Mini supported 4K resolution as I have it hooked to a 4K TV.

If you want multi-room viewing via your Bolt, the TiVo mini is answer. It will allow you watch recordings on your Bolt on a TV in a different room. You can use the built-in networking feature in the Bolt or your own wired network.

When I'm watching a game, or my wife is watching a movie with the daughters - we can go to the other room and catch up on our recorded shows. Especially nice when I've let a buch of shows of mine build up because of work - no need to interrupt everyone elses schedule to enjoy my shows!

works great. no monthly fee. only drawback is that your tivo and mini must both be wired to your network. not a problem for me and am very pleased. i've been a tivo user since tivo's start and i'm never disappointed.

Have these streaming through a Tivo Bolt they hooked up easy enough through MOCA, preform well and fast great multi room service... my only issue is,,, why didnt they add a clock to the front of these devices

I bought this to expand my TiVo to another room. It’s a great way to do just that without another subscription. It reads recorded programs or streams live from any other TiVo in your house.

They were simple to setup. They provide all of the content available on my Bolt to each room of the house. The remote is awesome! Loved making the move from the cable provider system to owning my own system.

Tivo mini is a really good....it has tons of tv entertainment.....I know that .it is still behind some others, like roku and nvidia shield....but it is coming along....tivo...gives somewhat of a cable experience without the cable bill.....would buy it again

The TIVO Mini allows any TV in the house to have full viewing access and control of your main TIVO. No need to purchase additional DVR units. Just like having the full system in any room of the house.

It is great to be able to record in 2 different places in the house. I can watch shows recorded in both places on either device. The Mini takes up very little space but does everything the Bolt does.

I had to enable the MOCA networking ability to run this in a separate room from my main TIVO unit. Worked perfectly. I did buy the dedicated line filter although it seemed to work ok without it - ?

I purchased the Tivo Romio OTA (over the air) DVR and 3 of the Mini's. All tv's now have all the functionality of a cable or satellite DVR with no monthly fees for over the air tv. Great set up!

Guess I didn't need two Tivos. Just one good one and a few of these and you're set. Others have complained about the lack of wifi, but you can get a wifi extender and plug it in with Ethernet

This is out 3rd TiVo Mini. It pairs well with a Bolt or Roamio with 4 or more tuners. The minis rely on your main TiVo unit subscription to work. Same technology as the Hopper/Joey that Dish uses.

The TiVo - Mini (Black) is great. Links in to other Tivos on my network, and no monthly cost. If you link to a Bolt, you get the Skip feature. I have no issues, but mine are all hardwired.

Was recommended by Tivo to buy it here so I did! They told me it would be cheaper to do so. Got the new Bolt DVR by mail and bought the Mini to go with it at Best Buy on sale with no shipping fees!
