Best Buy sold me a previously activated Mini
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To activate the Mini I went online and entered the Service Number, only to be told this device hadn already been activated. I honestly can't say whether I would recommend this device since I'm unable to activate it and use it. I would take this thing right back immediately but when I bought this thing the store's checkout area was completely unmanned and the customer service people were swamped handling both customer service and checkouts. The last thing I need right this minute is more frustration. I'm angrier at Best Buy than at TiVo (though I have had two DVRs fail in the past year, which isn't a thumbs-up to TiVo).

No Connectivity, No support, No Refunds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First call to Tivo was a year ago, low signal error. Last call was today, and a supervisor named Christopher told me that no matter what, Tivo will NEVER replace any equipment or stop blaming your network on their faulty equipment. That's a year of troubleshooting, changing point of entry filters, changing splitters, changing the cable, etc.. Finally, they admitted that they will continue to troubleshoot FOREVER. There is absolutely no point in time when Tivo will replace your bad equipment or help you in any manner whatsoever. Save your money, this thing is a piece of garbage.

NO WIFI
