The Tivo Mini is a great way to add additional TVs to a Tivo device. You need a Bolt, Roamio, or other compatible Tivo device to use a Tivo Mini. The Mini can access all content from the primary device, including streaming services like Netflix. The main Tivo device requires a subscription, but the Mini does not. You can connect multiple Minis to the primary device for whole-house TV using a MOCA network or other network connection. The Mini is small and unobtrusive, even on a kitchen counter.

Works very well. But check with your cable provider first. Some providers aren't compatible with TiVo devices bought from retail.

The mini doesn't have wifi. I got a wifi extender and plugged my mini into it to get passed this. Sometimes the signal gets lost but a nice option for extending my Tivo service to another TV.

Setup was very easy. Picture looks better on the mini than on Verizon's HD cable box. And saving money as well.

Coming from Windows Media Center, I wasn't sure if the Tivo Mini would be as basic or unreliable as the Media Center extender I have. As it turns out, the experience is just as good as using the main Tivo itself. All of the services are available on the Mini.

It really is awesome. Works great, picture is beautiful, all the functionality extended from the main TiVo bolt.

It took awhile to get this set up to my main Tivo as the directions they provide weren't accurate, but with time I was able to get it set up and overall it works well. I wish it could connect wirelessly.

I own four of these little wonder boxes, connected to a Tivo Roamio. The boxes do a great job giving a similar experience on every television in the house.

Connected the Tivo Mini to my Tivo Roamio via wired ethernet connections. For the ethernet connections, connected via my home's power lines using Netgear Powerline 200 Nano plugs. The Tivo Mini allows me to view live HDTV as well as all recorded programming from my Tivo Roamio. No need for a cable box anymore on the TV connected to the Tivo Mini (equates to monthly rental savings from cable company). Worked so well, I purchased a second Tivo Mini to connect another TV.

Needs Ethernet connection. Doesn't support wireless. But great product! Also you need a TiVo box as your main unit.

This pairs with my TiVo. It reads everything from the Tivo and can play recorded programs from the TiVo -- it is fully functional, you can even delete from your Mini. You will NOT need an antenna for the Mini, it uses the antenna for the TiVo. I'm glad I moved away from DirectTV and into the Tivo, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube world. One of my BEST decisions! Absolutely I would recommend it to a friend! It needs to be direct wired to your modem -- no WiFi.

Adding this to your setup is very easy using Wired Ethernet (Required for full functionality- READ THE MANUAL!) and makes full use of the Bolt DVR in your other room. Perfect for Cord Cutters.

Apple TV is great. I love the Siri command and search feature. It was Easy to install, it auto recognized all my TVs that i use it on. I just touched the menu button and it turns my TV on, the volume works perfect, I did not have to program it. I love the way it automatically syncs with our I phones are Apple tablet and iPad it simply asked you if you want to use it on this device It pairs with my iMac computer also.

Easy to set up once you get your MOCA network up. My MOCA network was set up with addition of the TiVo Bridge as I didn't want to have to run ethernet cable from one side of the house to the other. The Bridge allows you DVR and Mini to communicate via the same existing cable lines that they get their programing from. Easy to understand diagrams are provided on the TiVo website to show how to set up for your particular set up needs.

Love the minis, each one carries the signal (Comcast or Fios) from the main Tivo box. You have the ability to watch every channel that you have on your main tv in every room as well as record, access Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, and many other online services. If you pay for multiple set top boxes in your home you can replace them with minis for a one time fee and eliminate the monthly charge from Cable or FIOS for the equipment.

I purchased this to setup a TV in a guest room. We have an older house without cable or Ethernet in each room. This paired with a WiFi extender made getting TV reception into the room a breeze. I did deduct 1 star since this devise doesn't have native WiFi support. Setup was easy and hassle free. We now have a great TV signal to a second room which would otherwise take much more effort setting up and additional monthly rental of a cable box from our provider. The addition of typical online video apps is a plus as well.

This device is the great partner of TiVo Roamio and it's worth the price. No subscription needed as long as you have TiVo Roamio subscription. And it does what the main TiVo DVR does.

I've had this for a month or so now and love it. Recordings and live tv on my antenna look much better than they did on directv!
