the color scheme has been messed with, the extras have all been removed except for a few lousy features.

If you ever saw To Catch a Thief in the theaters, you will love this transfer. The Blu ray takes the muted colors of the dvd and brings them alive. They are vibrant and crisp-indeed, like they were on movie screens when the film was released. The film itself is a triffle-but a delightful one-with the two gorgeous stars playing against even more gorgeous sceenery. It's old fashioned movie making and well worth having in your collection.

Cary Grant and Grace Kelly are both so lovely in this movie. You get to see him in just board shorts at the beach and you get to see her in the same plus in beautiful dresses. Although the action might not be up to par with that of today's action thrillers it is still a great movie with twists and turns. Overall really fun to watch, especially if you are into older movies!

This movie is a little different for Hitchcock. It plays more like a romantic comedy at times with a bit of mystery thrown in. The cinematography, acting, and writing are all excellent. Also, the picture quality of this transfer is amazing! There is a lot of fine detail in the image and the colors are brilliant.
