A slow to start looter shooter.

I played the first Division briefly and enjoyed the gameplay enough to hop on Day 1 for this one. It’s a looter shooter with a very good cover-based system and lots of fun when you’re coordinating with teammates. The beginning is inundated with pop-up tutorial menus and it takes a while for things to get rolling as far as earning good loot and feeling like a bad*ss. If you enjoy loot based games and the inventory management that follows, then give it a try, but know that the game is incredibly difficult early on if you’re running solo. It’s best played co-op for sure.

An online looter shooter that can actuallybe considered a full game. It does everything the 1st one did right at its peak and then some. Balance issues are fixed and, short of bosses, bullet sponges are gone. Guys still try and rush you, but, unless they're stacked in armor, bullets actually slow or outright stop them dead in their tracks. Minor things like slow matchmaking and the RARE server drop or lag are the biggest issues I've come across so far.

The sequel is much more content loaded and has improved more from the first game. Great pickup and in 4k if playing on Xbox one X. A+

I have about 5 hours invested in The Division 2 at this point, and so far, so good. Just like The Division, this game has a large area to free roam and play. There is plenty to do and if you look around, there is lots of loot to collect. The enemies are challenging and the bosses are primarily bullet sponges that require you to use cover, move, and play smart. All in all I feel very positive about this game at this point. Cheers!

Over the course of its lifespan, Division 1 transformed itself from a good game into a great game through updates and in-game system reconfiguration. Division 2 picks up right where that left off with smart interface updates and the same great gunplay feel. The enemies are less like bullet sponges now, but make up for it by being wily and organized. I miss the lonely, snowy feel of the first a bit, but the lush, overgrown warm weather locales of the Division 2 provide their own sense of exploration and immersion.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Standard Edition - Xbox One [Digital] I liked the Division 2 a lot more that the Division 1. I purchased the digital version on sale for about 20.00

Gameplay similar to part 1, but bugs still persist. Glitchy graphics and occassional freezing are still a problem. Firefights and looting are the highlights, which are fun and the online play seems more stable than its predecessor.
