This game is well worth it, I've been waiting for this game for over a year (it was pushed back twice) but it was well worth the wait, this game is full of action and never run out of encounters with enemies. I love playing missions with my friends online, when the level is on hard trust me your going to need all the help u can get.

The Division is an open world playground in Manhattan. The Dark Zone is rewarding but watching other players turn on each other is rewarding enough. The amount of missions, side missions and encounters will make this an easy 30+ hour game. A must buy for anyone who want a great third person shooter!

The Division is a strange beast. It's really fun and enjoyable, and at the same time repetitive. I have not jumped into the dark zone yet, but from what I hear it is fun as well. Definitely worth buying!

This game just came out, and I can confidently say that it is fun and action packed. However, being that it just came out I was expecting a few glitches and so far I've only run into a few.

I have been a Ubisoft video game fan for a few years now most notably their Assassins Creed series. Some friends of mine convinced me to give the division a try so we can all play together. Was excited with my purchase. The graphics are incredible, storyline is decent and overall a good gaming experience. Well good experience until the servers went down. The first time the servers went down I really didn't mind it too much since it only restarted me by one or two missions. But the last time the server went down which was last night it restarted me as if I am from the beginning. Not cool Ubisoft! From my understanding initially the servers went down because they could not handle all of the influx of players at one time but the last time they intentionally shut them down because some players were able to utilize some of the system bugs to their benefit. Since I was not one of the people that benefitted from said system bug it has become an annoyance that I am now returning the game back to Best Buy for a full refund! That being said no I would not recommend this game well not until they have fixed all of the bugs. Overall Ubisoft I believe still produces some solid gaming product but this one was just an absolute fail for me.

My brother nagged me for weeks about getting the beta. I waited till the last day and fully regretted it. After only 7 hours straight gameplay on the beta, I was having withdrawals for 2 weeks waiting for the game to come out. Only minor downside is the extremely lacking customization of facial features. Should be able to fully customize, like Bethesda games. Other than that, the whole game is an amazing experience. Sound effects are realistic, random events in game make it feel like you're in a real war zone, and the online multiplayer factor is unreal. Literally the best game I've played in a long time. Work days feel longer because I can't wait to get home and log in! Nicely done, Tom Clancy.

I was torn as to wether or not I would pick this one up. When I decided I'd give it a go it was already late afternoon on launch day. I arrived at my local Best Buy only to find there weren't any copies left on the floor. As I was about to head for the door a blue shirt approached and offered to check for a copy in the back. As luck would have it they had a copy of Division for PS4 back there. I checked out using the Gamer's Club discount of 20%...I've reviewed that separately, for 30 bucks you get a 20% discount off of all new game purchases for 2 years. Out the door I paid less than 50 dollars for a 60 dollar game. Install and updating was pretty quick. Finally I was ready to play and play I did. The graphics, story, voice acting, side stories and gameplay are all top notch. It is an online only game so don't purchase if you don't plan on playing online. There is no multi-player option but you do have the option to play online with others in co-op missions, free roam, or the dark zone which is Divisions end game area, PvP is allowed here so I'd recommend traversing it with a pack or waiting to enter until your gear is sufficiently leveled. There are many collectible items which give a back story on the people of NYC during the outbreak and an insight into their lives. Each recording you collect is well thought out. I've used their built in matchmaking and have found it to be really great for finding help to complete difficult missions. All in all this game is immersive and highly enjoyable. I know this review is disjointed but there's so much to love and I can't think of a cohesive way in which to put it all down. I'd for sure recommend this and I hope you enjoy it.

This game definetly took me by surprise. I didn't played the beta or get hyped by the trailers, but after seeing that everybody on my friend list was playing it I decided to buy the game and play it my self to see what was the hype all about... And I'm so glad I did.
The Division is a fantastic game that blends very well two genres that are not very common to each other, but the developers of this game figured out a way to do it in an impressive way. Great in almost every aspect; gameplay, graphics, scale and more. In my opinion The Division is not the new Destiny, It's greater than that.

I've spent over 150 hours playing The Division, according to the screen that pops up when I log in. It's a fun game to be sure. Great shooting mechanics, wide diversity of weapons and great modding system. Wide open world to explore filled with enemies and a great cover-to-cover system for traversing it. Wonderful system for linking up with friends and playing together.
Now that I'm done saying all the nice things, here come the fighting words: it's a mess with the glitching and hacking. It's buggy and difficult when not downright broken. The Dark Zone should be a land of high risk and high reward, but I mostly end up with lame mods and lost Dark Zone keys after a chance encounter with some overpowered rouge or a mob.
Overall, it's fun to play, especially with friends, but it has some serious trials ahead to truly be the game everyone was hoping for.

The graphics are awesome. The story is solid and the game is a lot of fun. It's been compared to Destiny and I see where people get that comparison. It's the type of game that is more fun with friends. It can be glitchy at times. Once you hit the max level it gets a little repetitive. Overall it's a great game.

A big plus for me was that this game was not the usual 1st person offering...I am not a fan of 1st person games and pass on a lot of them for that reason....but that's just me.
Graphics were decent, game play was decent and smooth, although the content seemed to be lacking some. I know that they have added some content, but I haven't gotten on to play the game since the new content has been available. Just playing through the main missions, you'll be done with this game in probably a day or two depending on how much time you spend playing. I know there is the PvP aspect of it, but I'm not a super big fan of PvP either.
All in all, it's not a horrible game. It's fun enough to get on with friends and shoot bombs and gas cans while they are standing by them or waiting for them to sneak up on a group of enemies and kick the fight off before they're ready. If Ubisoft continues to add more missions, it is a game that you could get on and play for a day or two before moving one to something else.

Presentation/Availability:
Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store.
Performance/Gameplay:
My review is for the PS4. If you like shooter games, then you will definitely like this game. Is not like Call of Duty or games like that (besides this one is in third-person). It plays differently; you have to be more tactical, which makes it really interesting since you are playing something different. I like the weapons and accessories. Image resolution (gameplay and theatrical) is very good and the sound is good as well. Online playing is fast-paced and I love it!!!! You can create different characters, so if you are high-ranked already in the game, and a friend just join in, you can use/create a low-ranking character to help your friend to gain rank/experience without sacrificing what you already have won. If you play as a team, it gets better.
Customer service:
Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door. I used the ‘Pickup at store’ capability and didn’t have any problem in completing the process. I was in-and-out of the store in less than 8 minutes.

I was skeptical about this game when it first came out, thinking here comes another bland shooter ready to suck hours of my life away. At its core, this is exactly what it is but in this games case, its not a bad thing. There are so many distractions to keep your mind occupied. NYC has been beautifully recreated and discovering each section gives you a true sense of accomplishment. The combat is also on point and there's plenty of variety in customizing your weapons and gear. The true fun comes with partnering up with other players online and taking down missions together. Find the right group of people to play with and you'll truly feel like your taking back NYC together and making a difference. The only downside of this game that I've discovered so far is sometimes you might get stuck in a glitch and have to "fast travel" to a different location and then spawn back to where you originally were. It's only happened to me a couple times but it can severely disrupt the flow of the game when you're in the middle of a mission. Other than that, this game is a solid entry into the Tom Clancy series so be ready to develop an addiction.

One of my favorite looter shooters. I liked it so much I bought it twice.. already had it on XB1. A bit stiff, I suggest playing this before jumping in to D2, story makes more sense, but controls wise is less jarring.

Being a native New Yorker made this game feel as real as it can get. From Madison Square Garden to Times Square, this game achieves the goal of making it seem as if you are in the city. Only, you don't have to deal with millions of people walking up and down the streets. This gets replaced by the chaos that consists of enemies that vary in size, strength and level. Then, the Dark Zone is a whole other game, making The Division worth the $60 or $48 if you have Gamer's Club.

Bought this a year after it's release. Read a number of reviews on gaming sites that seemed to not be glowing, but I really liked the story line, love my yearly trips to NYC and wanted to play in what I read was a great recreation of the city. My initial reaction was slightly frustrating, because it seemed to take a lot of work to get past enemies and complete challenges. I was pleasantly surprised after I slogged through many attempts on missions that as my character leveled up and collected gear, enemies were going down with a more reasonable amount of effort. I haven't tried out any multiplayer missions yet, and not really my focus or area of expertise, so if that is your primary concern, my review may not be right for you. If you're looking for a cool story and like the aspect of battling in NYC and hunting down gear, I would definitely recommend it. I'm always excited to play and I've probably put in 14 hours on it so far and still a lot of game to go. It was well, well worth the $15 I paid and very entertaining.

This is one of the most fun games I've played in a very long time. Amongst a sea of copycats where each new game feels like a carbon copy of another, this one feels fresh and new. The campaign can be played entirely solo or it can be played with up to 3 friends who can drop in and out whenever they choose. The multiplayer is challenging and frantic, leaving you at the edge of your seat while you make your way through the map to your next encounter. It's a great game with great mechanics, though it's not without its share of flaws. The graphics are not a cut above anything already out and the game is very buggy. I've fallen through the map and gotten stuck in places I could not get out of several times. The game is laggy sometimes and glitches here and there where I would freeze in place for a few seconds while running and then suddenly end up a little distance away as if I teleported. I assume Ubisoft will fix these problems in the near future with a patch update, however, it's not the best selling new IP of all time for nothing.
