It freezes mid-route, usually when I'm at a tricky section with multiple changes. It never stays connected to my phone. I hate it everything about it except the route planning and traffic re-direction. It's amazing at finding me routes where I avoid all cars. Consistently gets me out of traffic before I've come upon it. I briefly had a Garmon (before I returned it for the route planning) and it isn't even in the same ball park as the TomTom. Too bad all the other features suck beyond sucking.

I am unhappy because it is hard to navigate at least for me. I do not want to stick anything on my windshield so I would prefer to have another way of securing it in the car.

Worth the money
