I do not have a smart phone or Onstar so it is is a really great item to have to get around all of the "Construction" Zones. Like that it actually tells you the street to turn on not just turn right now

Good price for what it is, just don't like the touch screen. Seems like you have to use more pressure when touching the screen to get what you need to show up.

I love the graphics on this navigation. This device doesnt wait the last minute to tell you when to make your turns. It gives you enough notice so you can get in the right lane.

Does all the things as mentioned but not fast enough at times! You do need a phone to get current traffic updates.

i bought this for the Red Light Camera Alerts. as you approach an intersection it says Red Light Camera to warn you so you dont get a ticket. it pays for itself!

My job requires me to travel to many locations in different cities I wasn't familiar with. This Tom Tom has made my work day a little less stressful.

Purchased this once about a year ago ,worked great til now it kept freezing and taking way too long to find itself. So I took it back and got another one to give it another try cause it lasted that long. Same issue but brightness wasn't working and you could barely here it talking. I gather the update or newer version of this changed. I took it back and now happier with Garmin.

Great Device , I really Love It. gets me through very complex intersections in NY, NJ & PA. Free Lifetime US and Canada and Mexico Map Updates.

Ok GPS. Sometimes after you enter a address redirects to a new address and we have to reset! When works is fine.

We bought this mainly to help my mother get around because she's getting older. We love it and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a GPS device.

I really like it I think it 's amazing. My husband and I find it great because we are senior citizens not really electronic people price not that bad.

I needed a dedicated GPS because of my job being in public service, so I purchased a TomTom. The Pro's - I loved the interface, map software was excellent; extremely easy to use and navigate. I read reviews of the screen not being responsive, It worked great for me. The Con's - everything was great until I tried to update and register the GPS. First I downloaded TomTom myDrive Connect, easy to navigate, and user friendly. I established an account, it took nearly 4 hours to link my device to the account after a couple of hours trouble shooting to get MyDrive Connect to recognize the GPS device. Halfway through the update, you get a message that says "update interrupted." Then the device has no maps because the loaded maps have been removed during the update. After referencing support and other reviews I gave up 6 hours later. I returned the first unit, and had an identical experience with the second. I believe the problem is the software, not the device. What good is lifetime map updates if you can't download any maps. So if you don't plan on registering or updating your GPS, you will like this product. But with today's computer technology, this should not be an issue. Also, you can only link one device to an account, so if you have 2 devices, you have to have 2 different accounts. The achilles heal of TomTom is their software and ability to update their devices over the internet for end users. Now I own a Garmin NUVI 2689 and I couldn't be happier. Not one problem, although I prefer TomTom's maps better. TomTom expresses concern on Best Buy reviews, but its a different experience when you communicate with customer support when you are troubleshooting. I gave it 2 stars because I really liked the device short of the software.

Open box saw it was a little too big, so I've not used it! Too late to take back so I will get around using it soon

I bought this GPS based on the description that will give traffic updates, it only updates traffic on your phone. It never syncs up with phone or comes out of sync every few minutes. Long story short, I returned it, spent a little more money and bought a garmin and that GPS world perfect.

I have used the Go60 for a long time. Then I purchased the Go60s. Much better. It is bright and contrasty and works quickly. My favorite GPS.

The unit takes a lot to get it to come on and then it is hard to see during the day. The voice feature is difficult to make work and defaults to no voice. Getting the address input should be easier and faster. This is a product used in a vehicle and even though the vehicle is stopped during input, I shouldn't have to be stopped that lng.

Probably good for some one who is tech savvy, but I am not and need something more simple

Tom Tom is a very reliable product and I have never had any issues with their products. The map updates are easy to obtain and install.

Returned TomTom for more user friendly brand. I have an older TomTom and it was great and easy to use. Other brand was a little more expensive, but much more user friendly and still had lifetime maps and traffic (traffic did not require cell phone use to access).

I enjoyed this GPS on my trip from NJ to Canada. The directions, reroute, and trip advisories were right on point and very accurate.
