Good watch it does what its suppose to do, it is light, you can shower with it and the battery lasts long. The only down side is that the GPS infrequently is off by a few yards. However, a plus to the watch is that inputs your info to the RUNKEEPER app. With regards to some reviews I read on amazon that the app was terrible. It is not, actually it was quite intuitive and easy to use. I don't know what these people want with their apps?!

Just Didn't Work...

I'm guessing maybe it was the watch I specifically purchased because I didn't read any reviews with others complaining of the watch just not working. I literally took it out of the box, connected it to my MAC, followed all of the instructions (synced it, etc). The watch came to life but when I unplugged it from the MAC (mind you with a full battery), it wouldn't turn on at all. I reconnected it back to the MAC and it turned on, synced again and showed me a full battery. I went through the process of connecting and disconnecting the watch and yet still it would not turn on so unfortunately I had to return it. Contemplated purchasing another but my friend instead sold me her Nike + (she apparently loves them so much she purchased a few).

Don't waste the money

The watch sucks. First you have to have a 100MB and a computer just to get the watch set up. It is not a stand alone product. Also they want you to join a social network, running app. That is what my phone does for a $5 app. What do I need a $100 watch to do what my phone will do for a couple of bucks? Last the instructions are in 8 languages, but only a few paragraphs in each language. Not enough to know how to work it. It is a lot of trial and error. This was truly a waste of money.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - NOT WORTH THE $$.
I was sent a DEFECTIVE watch that would not get out of Demo mode. I called TomTom customer service and spoke with a representative who told me she'd overnight me out a new watch as I had a race coming up in 2 days. She told me she would call back in an hour and a half to confirm everything but never did.
When I called back the next representative informed me a service ticket hadn't even been created, so NOTHING had been done in the hour and a half. I had to speak to a manager to get a replacement sent overnight. I was told it would be here in time for my race only for it to show up 5 days later.
Due to the terrible customer service I decided to not keep the replacement watch (I didn't even open the box, not worth my time). I had to call TomTom THREE times to get a return shipping label. Every time the call drops on their end because the service center is somewhere in India. Never ONCE did the representative call me back when the call was dropped even though they had my number. I had to keep calling back and explaining my situation over and over again. I have never had such a terrible experience buying a product.
