Terrible Touchscreen

It shouldn't be this hard to enter things on the touchscreen. I would recommend trying out a Factory Reset on the device to try and fix this - Main Menu, Settings, Reset Factory Settings.

It got us to every destination with exact time estimate as well. I'm so glad we bought it. It even has all the speed limits and knows small cities not many gps are familiar with!

It is also easy to input your trip destination and has good easy to understand directions. I really like the lifetime map feature. I had a TomTom before and the map updates are expensive, with this they are free!

Great GPS for new town

Have you tried updating the device yet? You need to do this to ensure you have the latest map and operating system installed (this will also improve the performance of your device, including GPS).

General rule of thumb - a standalone device is better than a GPS built by the car manufacturer (unless TomTom are involved) ;)
