Their previous GPS broke and they needed another. They had a learning curve becoming familiar with the new GPS from another manufacturer, but were able to program it successfully now.

Overall, the GPS itself is great. As with any GPS device, the touch sensitivity could be better. However, for its purpose, we could not complain!
