In an attempt to cut costs I terminated the ATT Navigator App on my iphone and purchased this TomTom. While I have been spoiled by that app this TomTom comes pretty close in performance. Very easy to set up and use. Program on computer frequently lets me know when updates are available. All in all, I'm happy with this product.

I like the Tom Tom GPS but there was a feature I had on a previous GPS that told me alternate routes, & I am not sure if this one has it or I just don't know how to use it correctly. I do like the fact that it talks to me and tells me when I have to turn.

My dad has been using GPS made by tomtom for more than 10 years. It's easy for him to use since it has Chinese language option to choose. Every product has a limited lifespan. Old one eventually retired before Father's Day. What a great present for my dad.

I drive a charter bus. I use it a lot. It was on the cheaper side and it does everything I need. I really love the split screens when you get to the exit ramps.

My wife and I bought this primarily with a European vacation in mind; we wanted to have a GPS onto which we could download the appropriate maps so that we wouldn't get lost in a foreign country. (We used a borrowed TomTom five years ago for that purpose, and it worked great.) But of course, once we got it, we installed it in our everyday vehicle to use in the meantime. The Google Maps app on our smartphones is better with up-to-date traffic delays and its locations are more reliable; e.g. I noticed that the TomTom had the wrong location for our local BBQ joint, which is one of Texas' Top 50. But there are avenues through which you can submit corrections. On the whole, this is a reliable and affordable GPS, with a sensible user interface and settings that can easily be personalized. It also comes with a great mounting setup that can be used on your windshield or your dashboard, and after you install it, you can still easily attach and detach the actual GPS unit.

Bought for my fiance. I have the identical model but with the bluetooth for hands free calling. This model is way better because the one with blue tooth is really quiet and nearly impossible to use.

Does everything we need it to. Had an older model and love all the improvements and the unlimited maps update.

This is the first Tom Tom I own. This navigator did a great job in Puerto Rico, at least in the city. I did not have a chance to try it in rural areas. But for the city it did a great job. I liked the display of the roads it was pretty accurate and it helped me anticipate the lane I needed to be on.

Easy to use, was very accurate on trip, efficient for senior citizens.

Bought large unit for motorhome, this is much better, easier to read.

Mother is very happy with it. Easy to function and takes you from point A to point B. Great for the price!!!

Replaced a previous TomTom that worked for 6 years before battery died. This new one is very easy to operate providing much greater information then the one it replaced. It is not as feature-rich as the more expensive models however at this ridiculously low price it does everything that I need.

We went on two road trips this summer. The first trip we went without Tom-Tom and things didn't always go well. Our second trip included the newly bought Tom-Tom and it saved many a fight between spouses. It even went where we wouldn't and treated us to a great scenic route which happened to be the fastest also! We won't leave home without Tom-Tom again!

Had some initial trouble getting GPs signal, but working great now...very easy to operate, gives accurate turn by turn directions, and I really like the split screen feature when coming to interstate exits....best of all, it was on sale...very pleased with my purchase.

I like this GPS because it has a large enough screen to see but does not distract from watching road.

Have had other Tom tom gps's and this one doesn't disappoint. Easy to use and program, very intuitive

Dad is a simpleton and he understands this, so that's good. He can stop calling me when he gets lost.

Great unit for the price. Small but easy to read. Love that it has North American maps and lifetime map update...much more to offer than many more expensive units

This is my third TomTom GPS. I know that phones are quickly replacing GPSs but they still have a place.(like when I travel to Canada and do not want to pay the roaming charges) This is a great basic unit with all the features you should need to travel. The maps can be updated not only from TomTom but also from other users input. The mounting system is an older design but frankly I like it better than the newer clip on.

Nice GPS. easy to use. Very good price. Have other GPS's from TomTom. Really like the product!
