At times, I had to turn it off and use an atlas to find my way. When it did work, it was good. I was told I could upload mt contact list from my phone and make phone calls through the device, but could not. Very disappointing.

Great GPS if you don't care about traffic

I had NO idea that it didn't track traffic . So it doesn't reroute when there is traffic or closed roads.... it says I can buy that portion and have it attached.... other than that it is a great product

The one I purchased did not work!

It would ask me if this was my starting point. I would say yes, then it would ask me my destination, again I would say yes! It kept going around in circles, always coming back to Done!

Sorry to hear of your frustration with the VIA 1515M. Did you give our support team a call? They could have fixed this over the phone for you!
It's likely that the device needed updating, something we strongly recommend doing as soon as you purchase the device (then you can ensure you're not travelling with out-of-date maps).
