Cant connect it to the wifi. Only connects to the wifi on my phone

Great night time storyteller, each character as a story to tell

This is such a cute option for story telling and music. My son loves it. And there are tons of characters available. I wish it was a little louder at its highest but overall it works well. Great option for story telling and music without the screen time and lets kids use their imagination as it tells stories.

A hit with the children. The adults are also entertained and amused.

Wonderful for a child, loves to sit and listen to all the stories

We LOVE the Tonies box! And more importantly, our two sons love it! They are 4.5 and 15 months old and it keeps each of them engaged for different reasons. Our 15-month-old loves the songs that this box comes with - he stands and dances to them for ages, it's so cute :). For our 4.5-year-old we have some of the stories Tonies, including Charles Dickens, Pinocchio, Peter Rabbit etc., and he can spend hours listening to them, chilling out on his own. It's especially important for our older son as he has very high energy levels and can get extremely wired, loud, and anxious, and the Tonies box really helps him to calm down and re-center - it is such an amazing tool for us to use when he is riled up. It's also a wonderful way for your kid to learn classic stories, beautifully told in a child-friendly way. And I love listening to them too! My favorite is Anne of Green Gables :). We highly recommend the investment, you won't be disappointed and neither will your kids :).

I bought this as a bday gift for my friends daughter. She called me to thank me for the thoughtful gift. She said Lilly loves it so much she has to have it with her all the time. She read up on it and was so impressed with it we went back to Best Buy and bought more characters. Great interactive toy!!!

Tonieboxes are great, but the experience (trying 3 times and getting my order cancelled all three times, not being able to call a store, the customer service blaming Tonies for Best Buy stock and database issues, etc) was a 0 star experience.

Very child friendly box, easy to use, hard to break. Love that part, not the music it comes with though. My daughter loves paw patrol so I got her those I wish there are more options she is not that into Disney characters. I wish there are more music ones. She got a Spanish lullaby which she likes.

My daughter loves music so I thought this would be perfect! I liked the idea of it. However, it was very frustrating setting it up. I would consider myself good with technology and this was a hassle. It doesn’t get used. It was overpriced and not worth it. Tonies customer service is awful by the way. She’s had this for a couple a years. Also, the characters don’t always work. I got her a creative Tonies character and downloaded her favorite songs. Now that she’s outgrown a lot of the characters, I tried to add some songs to her creative character and it will not let me access it. Tonies customer service was no help. They kept trying to say I bought this character from someone. No, I bought it brand new from the store. I’ve had nothing but issues from this.

This is a Christmas gift for my great grandson, so I haven't given it to him yet, I bought one for my great granddaughter's and they loved it. It was the best price i could find as well.
