TV died about a month and 20 days before it died. Unit would start to power up then shut down. Until then it worked fine. I would have recommend this item, but can not since it has died.

Toshiba typically makes a quality product, and this is no exception. Caught this on sale and don't regret it one bit. Still worth full price!

55" 4k ultra hdtv under $400 ou a anazing, a must have!

Was questionable about a toshiba 4k TV but it was still very good compared to a samsung or lg which is a little better but not worth the extra $$

4K TV's are almost too clear. If your not used to them then it will seem like watching PBS Masterpiece Theater where all settings are done on stage. Screen jumped around after about a week of viewing then I reset picture. Seems fine now or at least I hope so.

It was a great purchase, that is why I brought two.

The sales person was very knowledgeable on all the televisionstuff. He walked us through and helped us pick the television we were looking for.

Its 2018 if you don’t own a smart TV, you are out of the loop. This is the second Toshiba TV I’ve purchased this year and I love it.

Overall we are very please, picture is very clear. Menu is easy to use/understand. TV is a little thicker than most flat screen so if you are looking for or need a more flush mount then this is not the TV for you.

Read the product specs in the Best Buy app and reviews on the web, compared it to other tvs and made this decision. Tv works just as expected.

Love this Tv. The brightness & I transfer videos, movies, music from my phone or computer is a big plus without being physically connected

We purchased this tv as an open box special. The tv was heavily discounted so we decided to try it out. The smarttv element of the tv only works with chromcoast which isn't worth the investment. We have a Roku box hooked up simulate the smarttv element.

It's a good TV that Googlecasts shows. No apps are loaded on the TV. If the apps work correctly there's no problem; however, some apps., such as Disney Junior, do not work. As more companies choose to support Googlecast I think the product should get better.

I got this on Black Friday and it's a good upgrade.

Decent image and sound - when it works. However, we immediately had problems with the TV turning on by itself - sometimes in the middle of the night with the sound blasting. It also turns itself off - and restarts shortly after shutting down. I am disappointed with both the product and Best Buy's answer when I called them - we can't do anything for you, but you can call the manufacturer. I did call Toshiba, and they do not have a TV phone help line. So I am having a bit of a hard time trying to determine the next steps in remedying the situation. I purchased the TV 60 days ago.

Worst tv to buy! Goes out all the time! Called Toshiba tech support about tv coming on showing logo and going off they give basic troubleshooting steps then immediately ask about a warranty and say there’s nothing else they can do. Researched may be a firmware issue. Tried that but didn’t fix the issue. Now the tv has been discontinued! Total waste of money, time, and energy!

This tv is very good. It is big and good. We like it because it is big and good. It is good, and it's also good and big. Chromcast is bunk.

I went to buy a tv on the last day of 2016 and checked a couple stores for the best deal. I ended up finding the best deal for a 55 inch 4K tv at Best Buy. The salesman was very helpful and talked to me about all my questions. Great tv for a deal.
