    Big screen good picture ,love remote features,although small...Only issue is 75 inch means diagonal not length which was confusing.

    Buyer Beware!!!! After 3 weeks it’s GARBAGE, doesn’t work, then turns out it’s not even a Toshiba it’s made by Hisense. Guess what? Best Buy Employee said 1yrs warranty, LIAR it’s only 2 weeks!! Ask for yourself . The “factory” warranty process I have been without a TV for 3 weeks and they said a repair man is coming, repair man says he’s weeks out waiting on parts and Hisense says they can’t find a repairman, and we all know there is NO repairman going to fix my TV onsite, they will only destroy it then it’s on me to dispose of IF that time ever comes to fruition. Hours spent on the phone already talking to automated services , save yourself the headache and buy a different TV See pic, it’s useless garbage now taking up space in my garage , worlds biggest paper weight !

    So far so good seems to have a sound issue but maybe it was just a switchover issue from HDMI 1 to Antenna

    Barely used since I bought it 18 August 2022. Maybe 400 hours total. Died today, 12 September. 1 month after my warranty expired. Don't buy this product line.

    I purchased the tv prior to the start of last years football season after installing the mount on the wall, I hung the tv. When it was powered in the LED screen was damaged. There were NO signs of damaged to the screen. Needless to say I returned the tv the next day. They refused the return because of the damage that was not my doing. I did not purchase the warranty as the tv was only $600. My fault, but it was damaged out of the box. I was mad to feel like I was trying to get over on something. Clearly this was not the case as I was forced to repurchase the same tv. Management offered ZERO concessions. This was an overall bad experience and customers should not be treated in this manner. Ratings for the repurchased tv are great.

    bad product dead pixels brand new!

    out of the box i had dead pixels, looked like bug on the screen, called best buy and they would not een speak to me because i didnt hang the tv for 15 days. toshiba wasnt much better they want me to take it off the wall to take a picture of the back because the box and the tv have 2 different model numbers. I wont buy from best buy or toshiba again.

    TV quality is as bad as Best Buy customer service

    The only reason I am rating this 1 star is because zero stars is not an option. I purchased this TV to go in a room that I was renovating. Because the room was not quite complete when I purchased the TV, I did not open the box immediately (or within Best Buy's exceedingly gracious 15-day return policy). Once I opened the box assembled the TV, I turned it on only to find out that the screen was busted (see picture). Best Buy was zero help because the 15-day return period had passed. Toshiba's warranty apparently does not cover busted screens either. Now I am stuck with a broken 75 inch TV with no other recourse. Overall, horrible shopping experience. I will most definitely make all future electronics purchases at any store but Best Buy and will buy literally any brand but Toshiba.

    Terrible television. There is back light bleeding around the entire edge. It’s extremely distracting and makes the picture quality unbearable. It is partially my fault for trying to save money. You get what you pay for. I’m this case I’d say I got less than I paid for. OMG and the sound quality. It almost sounds like an old AM radio. A sound bar could remedy this issue. Really what can you do? It’s such a huge inconvenience to dismount a 75 inch tv from the wall, load it up and take it back to the store. Just do your research as I should have. I know better.

    I was rather disappointed with the picture quality and the backlight issues around the perimeter (uneven white hue on all sides), returned the first one, but the second one had the same issues... Returned it as well got me a Samsung instead
