Save for something better.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this laptop for TEN days and within that time it froze several times, which was irritating to begin with. No reason a brand new laptop should be freezing up. Then one day the mouse pad just stopped working, and in my attempt to try to fix it the computer completely crashed and I was later told by a best buy employee that my hard drive had become corupt. don't waste your money, save yourself the trip back to the store to return it and save up for something nicer

It runs but no office products come with this
