Good-sized HD for the price. Compact and seems solidly built. No benchmarks to measure it against, but accesses data at a good speed for my recording project that carries lots of big WAV files.

Open box and reward points made it affordable to buy. Apple ear buds provide great sound. Fitness feature is fun to use to stay in shape. It holds tons of songs, pics and videos. Very long life battery between charges. Great product.

Right price, right size, and very compact. Like that is turns itself off with no usage, that feature was a nice surprise for that price range.

If you need some storage in a pinch, the reasonable price for this drive with usb 3.0 support is not something I'd hesitate running to BB to pickup. As with any storage solution, comes with their selected backup software installed, but they don't hide that.

The hard drive its good but the external protection its to weak for me .It depends on the use you give him the compatibility to mac ox 10 It does not work like they say you need to reformat for use in mac an pc or windows.

Great little drive! Compact and easy to set up......I use it to catch the overflow of videos on my laptop....it works great.

So far, so good. I use the drive as a Time Machine backup and it has worked fine so far. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it as a backup per se, but I have used it to recover accidentally deleted files, which is great.

I love how small and easy to use this product is to use. It wouldn't work on my friends computer though. Not sure what computer he had but it was not a popular brand. Over great!

Geek Squad said we needed to back up our date due to a failing hard drive. Hard drive was fine, it was a router issue. / While the back up is nice, it was unneeded and seems like just another way to be sold something.

The screen on my old laptop died. I already was going to replace it as I purchased it in 2008 and it had MS Vista. My intent was to purchase an external hard drive to put all of my information on before I replaced it. I purchased this and a cable to see if I could use my HDTV as a screen (didn't work). So I took my old laptop to the Geek Squad and they were able to pull all of my info off of my laptop onto this. Ironically (but not purposely) I wound up buying a Toshiba laptop so no compatibility issues.

As an older generation, not so comfortable with new tech guy, this external hard drive is really not so hard to use. Now I don't worry so much about losing data.

No problems so far. I got it because it has a USB port of both 2.0 and 3.0. Just plugged it into my computer, was able to copy files onto it right away. These external hard drives keep getting lighter, smaller, and have more and more memory than you can ever use.

It is exactly what I was looking for easy to use, simple plug into my computer and I am able to store stuff right away. Very happy!

Plug and play, user friendly, Size of storage for price was decent, although the cord provided if longer would have been great!

my co-worker said it's a really good product. she likes it. she hope purchase the same brand of the hard drive next time.

a very compact and easy to use HD... great for music and movies.... or basic back up of files... great for business..... and cost is fair for this size....

Very lightweight hard drive. Easy to use. Very portable. I'm a mac user and it works very well with my time machine.

Nice size and Easy to use.i zip 2 PC in to it and move to new PC in mins. It help me keep all my music in1 place.

I am beyond happy with this purchase. Will definitely recommend it to everyone I know. Had to get it as an emergency buy, but now I use it for all my files, not just the important ones.

I recently had my laptop in for a tune up with the Geek Squad. I purchased the hard drive to perform a back up of my system prior to doing the work. It is reassuring to know my files were protected from loss in case of any issue.
