Simple to use. Very small package which store lots 1TB. Back up multiple devices with ease. A external hard drive you can carry in your pocket. Smaller than a small cell phone.

This hard drive allows me to keep important documents with me as I go back and forth to home and work. This also frees up space on my laptop to fit my son's games.

This is my second Canvio hard drive. I use the first one for video storage. Slim and portable. I use it for backing up my laptop. Decent speed and dependable.

The Toshiba Canvio slim III is an excellent drive for extra storage, backups, and system image making. It is tiny and light making it very portable yet it is also well constructed so there are no fears of fragility. When connected to a USB 3 port it is also very fast. The software available for use is well constructed and does a great job of keeping me on my toes and making regular backups.

It's very easy to use and it has a great amount of space. I've owned it for a while now and have had no problems. It also is very cool design wise.

This device was easy for me to install, connected to the USB port and drivers loaded through Windows 8. I use this device as part of my auto backup with Norton antivirus software.

I purchased this portable hard drive for storing larger files when I started running out of space on a different portable drive. Plugged it in and it runs without a single hitch and has plenty of space for what I need. I don't need any of the software that's pre-installed, so I'll likely delete it. The price is great and I wouldn't hesistate to purchase it again.

I purchased this external drive for keeping backups for my desktop and also is 3.0 USB. works great and good compact size.

I purchased this to supplement a small internal SSD on my son's new laptop. Since I do not allow him to download any content without my complete scrutiny, he is not filling that SSD up. Was this a needless purchase? Nope. I use it to back up personal files, pics/videos, music, etc. Its very small and low profile. i like the LED light on the front that lets me know its getting power, which is supplied via the USB connection. I would recommend it to anyone.
