WD makes great products and this was no exception. Great price also.

It's a good drive for the money, has a 3.0 USB port so with my laptop's .0 port I get fast full disk image backups. The NTI backup software sucks, it gives you three over-simplified ways to backup, which it attempts force you to use when I just want to run occasional backups and I choose when. If you use your own, it works great. I got me Macrium Reflect Free to use instead and I was able to backup my full C: drive in about less than 1 hour while I watched a movie (verses letting it run all night while your sleep.) Just wish it had 1 TB or more in space, but It was a great price for a drive that fits my present needs just right (with no future growth, though).

Good value. You can pay more for a similar item. It does the job.

Had to purchase this to backup the laptop that had a broken screen because I was told it most likely would be replaced instead of fixed. Lost everything else that was on it except for what they backed up which was a nice fair amount of junk I had on the laptop. It was way over priced!

I'm a big picture saver! I have been able to transfer pics from three flash drives so far to here and still have tons of room for more plus, I also keep and update important documents on it!

This external hard drive is sleek and beautiful. It performs perfectly. My only change would be a cable that is more flexible. The drive is so lite, the cable easily pushes it around.

This was a really easy product to use, especially since I'm basically computer/electronic illiterate. I plugged it in and it did the rest. Would highly recommend. I got it on sale and I think it was the right price.
