Ok but pricey

DVD/VCR Player

Great machine once you get it hooked up

(1) The hookup diagram/instructions require a doctorate in electronics. (2) The remotes are finicky -- you'd better be pointing right at the thing.

It is a Toshiba just like my tv so I thought connected the two would be easy. The issue is this product comes with an RCA cable only. The quality of the product is good. The remote control came with its own batteries so that was helpful.

Purchased to watch our old VHSTapes

We had hoped to use the S-video for watching DVD's and VHS videos, but S-video does not work for VHS tapes. We watch both DVD's and have many old VHS tapes. The video tape image does not come through using S-video or component (RGB) video inputs.
