We had to replace our really old player and decided on this one after reading positive reviews and researching prices. It wasn't hard to set up and it's easy to operate.We have had it for a couple of months and have used it for both DVDs and tapes and the picture quality is good for both. We have had no problems with it so far and are happy with our choice.

Anyone who needs a vcr rcorder can not go wrong with this one.

We have used the dvd player and it works great. We will try the vhs player soon. So far we are very satisfied with the product.

If you're like me and still have some VHS tapes around that you can't give up and can't replace with Blu-Ray, then you'll enjoy this player.

This is the second one I have purchased. I have a lot of older DVD's and VHS tapes that my wife & I like to view on occasion. It gets the job done.

was simple enough to hook up......was glad you can still get a unit that plays vcr tapes as we have quite a few hanging around that the kids like.have used the unit a few times so far...seems to be working okay......I don't recommend kids using the dvd player as it is easy to get the disc slipped further in then it should be and could get jammed if they close the door.....otherwise happy overall

Needed a basic dvd player but also had a few vhs left from the stone age too. Purchased this and it works great. Great price too

Product is great for what I needed. Need a VCR replacement for an old VCR that broke. Since the technology is old it was hard to find a good product. This one worked out great.

It works good, & doesn't take a lot a room, so it fits nicely & looks good in the stand under the tv.

We purchased this for our parents and they have been able to use it with a minimum of problems learning about it.

First it is darn hard to find a VHS playback deck anymore. This one did a great job of turning tapes that had not been played in 25 years. Very easy to operate and control.

This is a great value and was just what we wanted! We had a DVD player and an old VCR player that quit working, so now we can just use one machine for both newer DVDs and old VHS tapes to show movies to the grandkids!

I purchased this for my parents who still use VHS as well as DVDs. This was a very simply hook-up & extremely easy to operate. Actually a 3 in 1 with the DVD able to play CDs. Highly recommended for those who still enjoy their VHS tapes & also DVDs. Price was outstanding. Highly recommended Toshiba player.

Since we still have so many VCR tapes and also like to record shows, we bought the VCR and DVD recorder. It serves both our needs and is easy to install and use.

Have some old home movies on VHS so I need to have a VCR so I can watch memories with my family. DVD is also good to have :)
