Wanted to buy my mother a DVD player for her birthday saw this one and loved the fact that it hooks up to her wifi so she can steam her netflix.

Works well and it is easy to use. Looks nice as well. So far, reliable too.

Good combo DVD/VCR. Relatively easy to set up and all required cables were included in the package.

My daughter was going by directions to hook up to TV. Thought we needed an extra cable. Electronics store told us we would have to return it--the TV was too old. My grandson decided to give it a try and he was able to connect it to TV. After going through the initial connection, I am very satisfied with player.

This piece of equipment is quality built and designed. This is very easy to operate and the instructional manual is well written.

This unit has allowed me to continue to play my collection of VCR tapes after my old unit gave out. I am really enjoying it.

This is a great combo unit- dvd and vhs. Easy to set-up, and easy to use.

Toshiba is another brand I have had good results in using. It delivers a good picture and sound quality even on some old video tapes. Price was good for the product. Easy to set-up as well.

This product was to connect to an older TV which only had RCA connectors. Originally looking only for a straight DVD player. This being DVD and VHS was a bonus. Discovered most newer DVD players no longer have RCA connectors, so it was very difficult finding a product which would work. This player fits the bill.

i bought this as a gift but, all i heard was that is was a really good player. the individual has said it was the best dual player they have used. price was good

Great product which features both the vcr and dvd option!

I purched this for my 78 year old father in law and he loved it. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. My father in law set it up by himsef.

What I mean when I say it's not just a VCR is that attaching the VCR to the DVD makes it more expensive. I watch DVDs but I have a computer I can do that on. What I really need is a VCR to record TV shows to watch back. Get a DVR? Yeah, but you got to pay a subscription and anyway, I don't have one. I live off my VCR. I have had a little trouble with some jumpiness on the playback but I am thinking it is because my tapes are old. Might be time to buy some new VHS tapes. They don't last forever. Overall, I've been pretty satisfied. The Timer Recording Menu could be better. Daily means Monday-Friday and that's cool, but I wish there was an option for Saturday and Sunday as well for Daily. I also wish there was more than 8 slots, but I'll take what I got.
