I bought this laptop after comparing it to others in its category. The price was great and I've had only great success with it!!

I purchased this from the open box, have a few issues at first but is good for the price I paid

Ugh. Where do I begin? I bought 2 of these thinking that they seemed like a great deal. What a waste of money. Have used them maybe 5x, if even that. The mouse and touchpad freeze constantly. They are horribly slow. This was the worst purchase ever. Don't waste your money on this!!

Well this is my own first laptop and I must say I am happy with my purchase runs smoothly and camera also takes great pictures.

Great laptop especially for the price...amd APUs are great for everyday tasks and do well even with gaming and graphics

I purchased this laptop as part of Best Buy bundle and it is good value for price. I was worried about potential theft so I went with lower priced model. Has decent features and memory, but sometimes a little slow. Good for basic web surfing and simple programs, but would recommend upgrade if needed for gaming, videos, etc.

I bought this to replace my acer laptop that died. It is easy to use and set up.

I own 2 of these laptops now. They work great with everything. Between my photo program and basic Office products. Very durable and long battery life.

I would've given it 5* but had to return the first one because it kept restarting in the middle of what I was doing. The 2nd one is fine and does everything that I want it to do and then some.

This is a great entry laptop. Great way for my parents or children to get the windows experience and work on a laptop all at the same time. Would not recommend it for a business or heavy user.

I got this for when I went back to school. The memory alone was a plus and the laptop itself is very useful. I'm very happy with my purchase!

After buying the Toshiba, it was slower than my HP but is satifactory

I'm delighted with this lightweight, compact computer with a great processor and 1TB of memory! It's perfect for basic searching, social media, movies, music and office documents. Pairing with the network was hassle free and I was connected and printing in no time. In addition, it came as a bundle with a sleeve, security software, flash drive and screen cleaner! It's a no brainer for someone looking for a basic, fast, lightweight everyday computer. I'm also really partial to Toshiba, so there's another plus

Everything works as it should; no surprises or problems. Fast enough for most people. Has just about everything that is needed.

We bought this laptop for timing and scoring a local amateur racing event and the occasional office work and it definitely does its job, great deal for what you get.

Overall, a great machine. The touch pad can sometimes feel like it's dragging but that is to do with the processor.

This was a Christmas present to myself and I have not had any problems so far. Would recommend this product. Love it.
