Great computer!! All the bells and whistles at a good price.

After only 1 month, laptop had serious screen problem. Returned to store for repair. After 3 weeks got replacement. Will have to see if this one is better than the first. Will not recommend until I have time to use the new one.

Worth the Price...It has all the features you look for.

I am very disappointed in this computer. It has some high-end technology, but it is like a brilliant robot whose head falls off occasionally. On a very common basis, the computer suddenly freezes, goes black, and then sometimes comes back and lets you know that a graphics driver failed but it has been corrected...really??..corrected??? Then why does it keep happening. Sometimes, it does not come back and you have to figure out the interaction that will make it come back. Sometimes, but not as often, the computer dies completely and then restarts itself. It does not tell you why or how to stop it. Random things seem to happen because of the touch screen and the touchpad and what seems to be sensitive keys. Entire folders disappear completely from the computer. I have to go to the external backup to find the folder. Frustrating for an advanced computer. Fragile and unpredictable for any version of computer.

This computer meets all my needs. It is super light, fast and flexible. I wish it had a Dvd tray but I know that would have up the price and added to the weight. Also, I wish it was all metal versus the bottom being plastic. It's totally worth it though.

Great 2-1 laptop! It performs as advertised. Very happy with this purchase.

This machine is absolutely amazing I can't really say anything negative about it other than the mouse pad is a little tricky to deal with it first but be patient because it does get better and if speed is a huge deal then the lack of an SSD is a problem for me. Once I upgraded it was stunning.

I enjoy this laptop for its ability to use it as a touch screen, extra number key pad on the right, flip screen and sensitivity of keys for quick typing. However, I would have enjoyed a 950 or higher graphics card. Still a great laptop.

It was what my son was looking for and the cost was in his budget.

I was able to snag this laptop for a little over $500 (I don't know how often they do that, but I was glad). After switching out the terabyte hard drive for a 480GB SSD, the thing is blazing fast. I couldn't ask for a better machine for the money. The speakers are incredible. The screen resolution is crazy good. Touchscreen is responsive, and has no issues. The TouchPad is very sensitive, though, and it's easy to accidentally keep a finger on the pad while right clicking (if you use a non-pointer finger to click), which confuses it and doesn't register the right click. At first, I didn't realize that was what I was doing, and thought the right click wasn't working at all - but then I realized my error and make sure I lift my finger off the pad completely before right clicking.

This machine has been great for me. I upgraded the hard drive to a solid state one and the speed is great! It was easy to upgrade myself as well. My only complaint is that the touchpad is too far so it can be awkward to use.

So far so good. Would definitely buy another toshiba

We purchased this laptop during a sale at a great price and so far it has performed very well. Boots fast, the I7 processor is really quick, and the images are excellent on the screen. Really happy with it and service during the sale at Best Buy was wonderful!

I had primarily purchased this laptop expecting to be able to watch 4K videos, the laptop is so bad that I am not even able to watch 1080p videos seamlessly. I even installed the driver again but the performance did not change. The display driver crashes frequently and is irritating. The only good thing about the laptop is its weight and appearance. The speed is not upto the mark considering it is a 12 GB ram.
