I was able to buy this at a sale price and I am so happy to have this laptop to play all.my 4K family videos flawlessly.

Great computer over all only thing I would say is the battery does not last long

We purchased this laptop to replace a very old Mac Book. It is taking some time to adjust to using Windows again, but overall the laptop works just fine. I like that it has a lighted keyboard and nice big screen. The laptop is fairly slim and light weight for the size. We use it in an office and not really for travel or move it much. Was easy to set up and figure out where everything is. So far, we are enjoying our purchase and have not had any issues with its functionality.

I've had this laptop for over a month and have not been disappointed yet. I was looking for something that can be color calibrated and match the output of my 4k desktop monitor. So while I travel I can take this laptop with me and edit my photos in the hotels and be confident that I am providing consistent colors as I would be working at my office. Only negative is the graphics card is an integrated intel. Would have gladly paid more if the upgraded version was available.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks now it's fast and it's user-friendly but a bit too bulky for travelling

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. He thought he wanted a Mac and then he saw this. He went with it and is glad that he did.

My last laptop was purchased 6 yrs ago. I went all in and probably got more of a laptop than I needed. I just use if for email, FB, and googling.

This great laptop that serves as a laptop, a pad top, and at numerous angles! I was extremely impressed with the clarity and the sound!

Love my laptop! Using it as a tablet is was easy. I was concerned about Windows 10 but the switch was not hard. Love the number pad.

Good laptop for the price, but with 12GB of RAM and the processor, I thought it would be faster

read reviews from others before buying. had a toshiba before and had no problems other that the keyboard sticking at times.

I has to update the hard drive to SSD and after that is being working great so far.

For the price u pay its more than worth it. Specs are way above the performance

I really like the laptop. I wasn't looking to buy a 4K laptop but now that I have it, I'm very glad that's what I got. The resolution is crystal clear. It's very easy to read, even the smallest fonts. I like the touch screen and the fact that that screen fold all the way around to go to tablet mode.

So happy with this purchase. Plenty of power with the i7 and 12 GB of ram to operate any of my programs. Crisp clean display with up to 4k resolution. Only drawback would be that 4k resolution on a 15.6 inch screen is useless for regular use. Great for movies but everything else is way too small.

Really pleased with this laptop. Have used it for a month now, the 2-1 versatility has been great. Fast startup, good screen, back lite keyboard are all great. My one issue is the wifi seems unstable or weak at times. I don't have the same issue with my IPad or cell phone so it has to be an issue with the computer. On a bad day, It has limited the range I can use my computer at the house to basically the same room the router is in.

Purchased this as a replacement for my wife's dying Sony VAIO thinking that the 4K monitor would be a great upgrade from the standard monitor. I took it out of the box and installed my Trend Micro Maximum 10 and Quicken along with the Windows updates. The following morning my wife turned on her new Toshiba and the screen went black within about 10 minutes of being turned on, this lasted for a full 2 minutes before coming back on. Then the brightness of the screen changed several times like the power cord was being removed and replaced. The computer rebooted on its own and a video error message showed up before coming back on, that's when I got in my truck and returned it to Best Buy. I was going to receive a replacement until another customer walked in with the same box I had at which point I decided on a full refund instead.
