Most of my videos are 15 gig and this cuts me short of loading 3 games on a usb.

I wonder if you've tried running any benchmark tests to validate your impression while transferring files. It's possible that another component in the chain between the Flash drive and whatever you're transferring the files to or from is introducing delays.

Purchased these to backup the flash drive but the flash drives would only hold 14.3 GB. The computer informed me that it would need 32 mb more to hold all the files from the Flash drive that i was trying to backup. Would recommend but with note that the drive does not hold a full 16 GB.

It was working perfect before that without any problem but now it does not work and I lost more than 10 GB of my data! I tried it with lots of different computers but none of them could recognize it. My receipt says that it comes with 2 years warranty but I do not know how can use this warranty to return or replace my device! there is no details about how to apply for warranty.

You can initiate the warranty replacement process at acclaim.toshiba.com anytime within the warranty period. Just enter the part number of PFU016B-1BLL in the field labeled "Enter Product Name" and then click on the description of "16GB Toshiba TransMemory™ ID USB 3.0 Flash Drive (BLUE)-PFU016U-1BLL (USB 3.0)" which will automatically appear below where you have typed. The website will then walk you through the rest of the process.
